“I feel the mask liners are a bit expensive for what they are but nevertheless I find them essential for a good seal. Its just a pitty they are'nt vat free.”

“The strap I purchased was one of two sizes. The website gives the 'sizing' information below. The sizing determined I required the extra large (above 13.5" / 34cm) which my wife and I confirmed three times as the sizing included the warning 'as once opened these items cannot be returned'. It turns out the extra large is much too large so, having followed the sizing process, I have wasted £29. Not a happy customer Geoff Glinternetorders@yahoo.co.uk Sizing up for your PureSom Ruby Chin Strap Adjustable To get the correct size of Ruby Adjustable Chin Strap, use a measuring tape from middle of the chin, past the ear, to the top middle of the head. Those with sizes up to 13" / 33cm should choose the Regular size, while those above 13.5" / 34cm should choose Extra Large. Please ensure that you use this guidance, as once opened these items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.”

“Great service, very friendly staff. Anyone looking at treating or diagnosing their sleep apnoea and don't want to wait 18 weeks for NHS treatment, use intus. Time from initial contact to starting treatment just over two weeks. 3 days into treatment and most symptoms have already disappeared.”

“The site is very easy to use although there are no reviews of the Sleep Weaver anew full face mask that I purchased. Whilst this mask is very comfortable compared to the standard NHS offering there was no mention of the noise that is generated when using the mask. Adjusted properly there are few if any leaks but the sound of the air through the mask is louder than the hard plastic and silicon masks I have tried to date. Whilst my partner is quite tolerant it has taken a few days to get used to this. I would still rate this a very good mask.”
