“Recently moved back to the Uk from France. Coming back to the "NHS mentality" where it takes around 6 months to get a CPAP machine, I immediately turned to Intus for help. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement as I only had my proof of condition on my French Specialist's notes. They immediately referred my case to their French member of staff who swiftly confirmed their validity. I had many questions about the benefits of the automatic setting machines and their answers were thorough and not biased towards pushing a higher value sale. As soon as I arrived back in Uk I placed my order by phone and the machine arrived the next working day. I phoned Intus with a few minor questions and , as always, they answered my questions in an unhurried and thorough way. In future, I will always recommend Intus.”

“Very disappointed my machine is set at 10 and the mask cannot cope with it, the air escapes irrespective of how tight the head gear is. Over 3 nights I have not been able to get anymore than 2 - 3 hours sleep a night. It is exceedingly noisy and disturbs my wife's sleep as well. I would appreciate a full refund and I will send the product back as it is useless to me. I have used masks for 15 years and have not had any of the above problems. Nothing in your literature mentions about pressures minimum or maximum which is relevant to the use of the mask . I await your reply”

“Bought cpap and mask, fast service, helpful advice. Later I found another mask elsewhere, worked better for me. In process of returning mask for a refund, assuming all goes well I would be happy to recommend your company to any other apnea sufferer.”
