“Fast processing of my ID and proof of address documents. Customer Service is very impressive so far. The advance search feature is great and makes it easier to pick a fund. Set up is more involved than the likes of Sharesies. However, I find InvestNow to feel more professional/serious which is important to me. I would like to see more data on how my fund is performing relative to my personal investments. I.E price when l invested, how much out of the money/in the money I am. Great service overall.”

“Opening an account was a breeze. I was impressed with the online forms and online identity verification, which is much more streamlined than having to get multiple documents certified and/or provide hard copies. It only took a couple of days, compared to two weeks for one fund manager. Once set up, the investment process is easy. There is a good range of funds to chose from and the investor portal has useful information to monitor the performance of your funds.”
