“Well-designed, easy to use interface that allows me to invest NZ-based funds across a range of investment types so as they can (just about) keep pace with inflation. The setup process takes a little time and patience, but the support is always available and was efficiently done when needed. And of course, that means you don't have to go through that process again with each investment group you want to do business with. Thoroughly recommended.”

“The website needs to be improved to make it more user friendly. My preference is to do all the administration online but there are no facilities to do so eg, changing email for login. It would also help if there was a more sophisticated way for comparing investments and their risk returns. In general, an upgrade of your website would make investnow world class.”

“It took a very long time to switch from old provider to here and the new sign up attempts also took a long time and also took several attempts to log in. Once in the layout wasn't as flashy as the previous provider was. Even now I'm having trouble logging into the normal invest now page rather than the kiwisaver page. Hopefully the returns will improve better than the previous provider . . . .”

Click the plus symbol, select investor report from the drop-down menu and the date range you are interested in. This will create a PDF for you to download. “I’ve only started using InvestNow recently and only have $250 in it. What I currently enjoy (which might sound counterintuitive) is that I can only access it from my computer. I also have a sharesies account and I check that often, but I like the restriction of not being able to see it so I’m not anxious about market fluctuations. It’s got all the basics you need and is easy to manoeuvre. It’s like a nice simple solution that’s got everything you need and nothing you don’t. Keep it up, love your work!”
