“We have been customers for many years, but were very disappointed to find that when needed, we could not get in touch with them via phone or emails regarding urgent issues with our funds (hundreds of thousands!). They ignored emails, were not available on their phone lines and never returned any messages. Hardly confidence boosting to hand them your hard earned money!!”

“It took a very long time to switch from old provider to here and the new sign up attempts also took a long time and also took several attempts to log in. Once in the layout wasn't as flashy as the previous provider was. Even now I'm having trouble logging into the normal invest now page rather than the kiwisaver page. Hopefully the returns will improve better than the previous provider . . . .”
