“Honestly I love this service. Lots of folks say the wait time is to long (I mean it's a monthly subscription soo..??) and that it's too expensive.
I've been buying from jm and a few other retailers and they are the same price. A lot of folks don't really understand that most of the bullion is direct from the mint and MSRP is usually set by them, give or take.
Buy a crate and do a cart comparison, they are extremely competitive.
Anyway, I travel a lot and love coming home to a pile of bullion boxes to open. Love the variety and I highly recommend these guys!”
“Buyer beware!! I thought by using a subscription service I would save money for being subscribed. Not the case here. I only got 2 and a half ounces for the $100.00 crate and it comes to $107.55 while I just purchased 3 ounces for the same price elsewhere. I would not recommend this subscription it is literally losing you money.”
“I understand that the crate took 4+ weeks to get to me what I don’t understand is the value I got. Paid for the $100 50/50 and got 2 1oz silver coins valued at $25 each and a 1/4 gram gold coin, optimistically would be $20. That’s a total of $70 in bullion. I get that they need to make a profit but their profit margin is too high.”

“Just got my first crate and I was honestly surprised. I did a cart comparison at my old 'go to retailer' and I actually saved a few bucks even with the cost of shipping and insurance.

“The shipping cost sucks, yes, but the main point is that you can buy spot silver cheaper in bulk almost anywhere and not pay 7.50 In shipping. If the shipping wasn't so pricy I would consider the crates to be more worth the price you're paying. I'm happy with the products I've received and I understand that it's near impossible to sell at spot for a profit but when I'm receiving 20% less In dollar value than I could have paid spot, that is a problem. Good crate for beginners who just want to get in and start collecting metals.”
“I did this for 4 months and every month there was delays with shipping. I also looked up online how much i would have spent if i had bought the items on my own. Ultimately Investor crate was not worth the money to me. All the large bullion dealers offer free shipping over a certain amount purchased. Most start at 100 and free shipping but investor crate always charges 7.50 for shipping. I have shipped the same size boxes with tracking for 3-6. It seems like investor crate makes money on the shipping and their overpriced bullion. Their fire sale page is a joke. You need to pay $100 to have access to it but when it is available its still cheaper to buy the things from the online bullion websites. I gave them 4 months and it was a waste. Great concept but thats where it ends.”

I shot the company a email about the pay meant the company got back to me and they got my package to me on time. I was satisfied with the crate. “Love it. Got a roll of ASEs for my fire sale pick up at spot (they were 1993s too!!), a roll of 90% halves at melt and some kookaburras from the Perth Mint as well as my Silver Crate hall which had some awesome Korean Silver coins.
Been with these guys for a few months and I've been nothing but impressed. My stack is growing nicely and can't wait to see what a few years will look like.”
“The idea is great! However, I’m billed on the first but my crate isn’t sent out until the 15 ( if things go according to plan my first two shipments were delayed a week) during those 2-3 week that I’m waiting for the box to ship app prices can fluctuate so much. For this reason alone I’m canceling my service. They have a great Facebook page but I left a few questions on it and never got a reply. They respond to messages quickly but not things posted on their actual page.”
“I purchased something from the fire sale. Got a confirmation. 2 weeks later asked when its shipping some jerk says you weren't allowed to get that. The email sent to me never said I couldn't in fact it invited me too the page even gave me a link to follow. So now they wont giveme what I paid for and how giving me a refund.”
