“I purchased something from the fire sale. Got a confirmation. 2 weeks later asked when its shipping some jerk says you weren't allowed to get that. The email sent to me never said I couldn't in fact it invited me too the page even gave me a link to follow. So now they wont giveme what I paid for and how giving me a refund.”
“I haven’t received my first crate yet. It keeps getting delayed. It was supposed to ship out on the 15th and now it’s the 19th. Maybe it will ship out today? Who knows? It has been shown as on August 10. We will see how things go but this is looking like it will be my last investor crate. Nothing to be impressed about so far.”

We truly apologize for the delays we had for the month of August. Please do not consider this an empty platitude as we pride ourselves on meeting deadlines, however, some wholesale orders coming from some of the Mints were delayed and this was extremely discouraging for us. This is due to the on-going pandemic and subsequent panic-buying it has caused. Please excuse these delays as this type of demand and volume is unprecedented in our industry.
As a way to give back for these delays, we offered up our entire overstock inventory at spot on the Fire Sale page (for Gold, Silver and Platinum bullion items) and we encourage you to take advantage of these deals.
