In order to make account changes on your own, you have to log into your account and click the 'manage subscriptions' tab where you have FULL control of all features and functions including cancelations, swapping a crate, changing the billing date, increasing or decreasing your price tier, changing billing or shipping information. It varies from the 1st to the 5th. Variables include things like weekend when trading is closed or Holidays. This will change with an upcoming change in our service where we will offer the choice for billing and shipping to occur either in the beginning of the month or middle of the month or both should you elect to receive two crates a month.
