Great tool for stock searches and analysis. The best editorials anywhere.

I use Swing Trader and the service helps me to monitor how the market is doing. A complaint I have though is that it seems that the service finds "potential" stocks to buy that are considered "not triggered". Many times these stocks are introduced after a previous stock has reached a stop loss. I almost wonder if the reason the "not triggered" stocks are introduced is because the service wants to keep customers from canceling, due to their last investment reaching a stop loss. The "not triggered" stocks often do well even if they never trigger. I would like to see more of these "not triggered" stocks, even if there are no stop losses met on other stocks.

I love Marketsmith BUT have not subscribed again to the IBD newspaper because I cannot use Marketsmith and IBD streaming quotes at the same time. If I am on one and then log onto the other, your system throws me off the first. That makes no sense! Why would anyone pay for 2 subscriptions when you can only use one at a time?

Great site; however, do not like the auto videos that comes on when I'm trying to read an article or do research on stock check-up. Also I signed up for IBD's newsletters several times but never received a newsletter.

IBD KEEPS ME INFORMED BY READING THE WEEKLY PAPER. HOWEVER, IF I WAS ABLE TO READY A DAILY PAPER IT WOULD EVEN BE BETTER FOR ME, LIKE IT WAS BEFORE.

Detailed charts but too many articles on Financial Planers, I don't see the need for those in the publication, would rather have more company's analyzed.

I like it because it brings stocks to my attention that I never would have found on my own. I have a hard time figuring how you determine buy points. Sometimes they are clear, but at other times, I can't see the logic.

I subscribe to the charts and those + the stats are very helpful in making stock selections.

I mainly read Big Picture each day and use Market Smith

I miss reading the newspaper every morning. I liked Ramiez's cartoons. I would study the paper and then go to Market Smith. I do not care for the digital approach as much. Too many interruptions with advertisement. With the paper I could read anytime I had a few minutes or maybe study it for an hour or more. I also liked reading about all the other subjects that were presented in the paper. I have no criticism of Market Smith. It is well written and contains a lot of information. I have a lot of admiration for William Oneil. I cannot read for a long time on a monitor because of hemifacial spasms.

The information in IBD is excellent and unmatched in any daily publication. I have been a subscriber for many years, but I miss having the info in my hand for reading. The information, presented as it is today should be available for subscribers at a much lower cost. I probably will not be renewing this year.

Without question, IBD is the best tool I have found to use for stock picking. Even without the Market Smith or Leaderboard products, your stock lists, IBD 50, Sector Leaders, IPO Leaders, etc. is the starting point for all of my stock screens to find the leading stocks in today's market.

IBD gives great suggestions on growth stocks. They often go up 15-20%, but some can take go down just as fast. It does require an adept investor follow these stocks. I normallly use their medium to longer term suggestions for investment (6 months - 3 years). Those have generally worked out well for me.

I love IBD but did not renew due to not having the Monday paper delivered consistently on Saturday.

I am glad that you still have the weekly paper version. I've gotten accustomed to it, but am having difficulty navigating through the online version.
