** positives: - GOOD SCREENING OF STOCKS - TO THE POINT EXPLANATION - EASY VIEW OF CHARTS ANALYSIS - IDEA GENERATION OF LEADING SECTORS & STOCKS ** negatives: - BAD ARBITARY DECISION TO CLOSE PRINT DAILY NEWSPAPER - SEPARATE CHARGES FOR IBD & MARKEYSMITH, MAKE CLIENT PAY MORE MONEY FOR SIMILAR DATA - OVERALL, DISAPPOINTED THAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS WERE FORCED WITH NO PRINT IBD OPTION FOR DAILY

Lots of data, information & stories which help generate trade ideas & IBD check up is a great resource for a quick health check of a company. My mine gripe is too often there are 404 errors, site down etc, need to sort out their digital team as a lot of the stuff is just basic mistakes, no process IMO, but over all am happy with the subscription.

Quality of the information is top notch. Website user experience is among the most annoying I've ever encountered. The site design and application focuses on maximizing sales opportunities for IBD and minimizing providing a quality user experience. From videos that start automatically with audio to fly outs that cover up what is being read selling products I have purchased to banner ads that cover 25% of the screen to so many ads and click bait items loading that my page keeps jumping around just keeps me from finding and using the great information you provide.

The Saturday print publication is still the most read and referred to in our family. We miss the print editions of the past and are disappointed in the on line version.

IBD research and ratings are great tools in my investment decisions. I use the research and MarketSmith components daily. However, when IBD went to only once a week paper, YET did not reduce the cost appropriately, as a newspaper they lost a significant amount of value relative to their competition.

Your material is great, I specially like your stock charts. unfortunately they are so hard to get to and seem to limit you on access. I have been thinking on changing to the print edition because the web edition is so difficult to read, changing pages or moving up and down. I would like to concentrate on what I am reading not how to fiddle with the page. You change too much on appearance and how to handle the paper, people like something more stable and know how to find stuff.

Website has tons of great information if you can get past the pop up's. Website not always available.

Ads are outright abusive. Your site does not even allow me to complete finishing typing in a field before im jerked around by advertisements - or house ads. Using your site I feel lime im in a dunking booth.

The transition to digital was handled well. I was OK but I suspect many of your subscribers struggled

I was much happier before you changed it to a weekly. I miss the editorials that were, now just so-so. Even the quotes page is no where near what it was; I use to save several each week in my "wisdom" file, now not so much. No more comments.

I've really enjoyed investors business daily, however, I have been disappointed since the paper went to a weekly edition. I understand some of the content is updated on the website, but I feel the value has gone downhill and I don't get as much insight. My suggestion GO BACK TO THE DAILY VERSION. Another disappointment is the removal of the weekly radio show. I really enjoyed it and would really like to have that weekly feature back. The daily videos are ok but I much prefer Matt and Amy

It is good tool to look at only on current dynamics, it does not have history and forecast follow up analytically. That part comes on shoulder of information reader. But IBD data points are good for picking stock and estimating to sell or keep for short term.

The conversion to online has been a struggle. I miss the daily editorials, which kept me informed from your point of view on many topics. While I can log on and get the news and other info I need, the banner ads are incredibly annoying, causing the content to reload several times. It is terribly inefficient. You recently came out with emails regarding various specific topics. I agreed to subscribe. It looked like I was finally getting some value added content. However, even though you send me the email, when I click on it, the full article does not appear. It states that it is premium content. Then I have to log in all over again. I might as well just log on to the main screen and get the info that way. Much work needs to be done to make this user friendly for your subscriber. The website design and execution is poor.

The weekend addition is great and provides a lot of useful information and interesting reading. However, since the daily paper was canceled, I do not find the investor business daily on line very helpful at all. I can get all the IBD daily info from other sources and it is more comprehensive. I also subscribe separately to Marketsmith, which gives me even better stock data on a daily basis. I am on Marketsmith all day long. I will probably not renew my IBD when the subscription expires and will just buy the weekend paper at the local store.
