The change from the online newspaper format to web pages has been terrible. It takes forever to get anywhere. For example, zipping through the IBD50 is effectively unusable. While you conveniently added buttons to go from one stock chart to the next in the list, it takes forever, all the while the screen bouncing around as the ads come in shuffling things around. Then there are the ads. They start blasting audio automatically, and some of them pop up in front, others block a third of the screen. I can see if this was a free site, but I'm paying for this. It's so bad I hardly every log on anymore. I never read the editorials anymore, it takes longer to get to them than to read them. I used to enjoy the online version of the paper on my iPad, reading it basically cover to cover every even. I've given it a while now to see you could work out the kinks, but it looks more and more likely I'll cancel when my renewal comes up. It's sad to see such good content held hostage behind a horrible interface.

You offer so much wonderful information. My actual trading history is less than a year long, but not only is your system positively helpful -- and that's an understatement -- but negatively so in that when I do something counterproductive, I completely understand my mistake. That gives me a lot of confidence. I'm never on your site more than about five minutes without thinking "Thank you, thank you."

The conversion to online has been a struggle. I miss the daily editorials, which kept me informed from your point of view on many topics. While I can log on and get the news and other info I need, the banner ads are incredibly annoying, causing the content to reload several times. It is terribly inefficient. You recently came out with emails regarding various specific topics. I agreed to subscribe. It looked like I was finally getting some value added content. However, even though you send me the email, when I click on it, the full article does not appear. It states that it is premium content. Then I have to log in all over again. I might as well just log on to the main screen and get the info that way. Much work needs to be done to make this user friendly for your subscriber. The website design and execution is poor.

IBD gives me insight both on the overall picture of the market as well as with individual stocks I never would have noticed. I like both. Without IBD I would feel almost blind in the market.

Good condensed precise stock reports with useful ratings good enough to make investment decisions.

I liked IBD when you published the daily editorials. When you changed the format and published less of them, I lost interest. Sorry.

I ordered the weekly print edition and it didn't come. I spoke with your representative later. and she said I have been billed twice for the subscription and she would credit me with the overcharge. Papers came today, not Saturday. Two came. I only want one. I only want to pay for one. I think I successfully ordered the introduction to CAN SLIM. I think I was charged for it. Am I supposed to get something in the mail? Nothing has come. I received an email that enabled me to see the first lesson. Is that all I get? I've looked on your website for a number to call to sort these things out, but I can't find a number. Do you have a "help" line?

Swing trader has made me more money than it has lost me, so I am ahead. I use IBD's charts all of the time.

I've been investing for over fifty years. IBD and in particular Market Smith are the best investment service I have used. Not only does the service allow me to evaluate common stocks quickly and effectively but the customer service is outstanding. I've used this service for 15 years or more.

I appreciate the content of IBD, especially features like The Big Picture and New America. That said, I think IBD may be a step behind as far as how to deal with the influence of central banks on the stock market and how that modifies IBD investment assumptions. From an operational standpoint, my only complaint is that I paid for a subscription and I continually get pop ups to ask me to white list the site when I am trying to read content. additionally, it would be nice if there were a feature to remember me so that I did not have to log in everytime.

IBD has gotten worse and worse over the last twenty years in usefulness and value for the cost. Secret information that costs extra is growing.

stock look up information is accurate and the daily video commentary is relevant and consistently available. the multiple lists of IBD50 new-high on-the-move etc. are helpful. especially like the Friday commentary of Paul Whitfield. we all have the capacity to understand the complexities of the stock market by filtering and IBD has been helping me do that.

It doesn't any more. I used to use the top stocks list every day as well as read the op-ed page. As a conservative, like you folks It was a terrific read. Then you changed it up. Now it appears once a week. It's been disappointing. I've contemplated dropping the paper due to that. I follow my few stocks, lots of times on Yahoo Financial trough the use of a stock list they have of mine. It's a little easier to get in and I get the data. If I am studying a stock, I come over to you. My broker has me in gas and oil positions in various companies, and a couple of banking ETF's. overall he has done well for me, so, I follow a little less closely. So my disappointment overall is the editorial page.

I find marketsmith to be an invaluable tool. Lee Tanner of the Petaluma Meetup is brilliant, plus being a powerful speaker. He needs to be recognized. The Big Picture, Market Trend, Stock Market Today, Stock Lists, and Research, are all excellent. I do have a few suggestions. The popup ads are more than annoying. Especially the voice ones. I pay a lot of money for a lot of years, and I want an ad free, non-distracting presentation. Please. I also need a cost reduction, a break, in the marketsmith yearly fee. I am near eighty years to heaven, and not a rocket science category investor. I struggle a lot.Your fees take a significant bite out of me. Tis a painful pound of flesh. I do want to resubscribe.

I first discovered IBD in 1987 in the New Stand at the GE plant in Schenectady, NY. I quit reading the WSJ and have been a subscriber and reader of IBD ever since. Awhile back I left GE and joined AG Edwards as an Investment Advisor. I can't wait to read my IBD and sign onto the website each day. I also subscribe to Marketsmith and find that to be an invaluable too. THANK YOU for all of these years of education and information. I love the editorials and Ramirez cartoons as well.

Loved it when you could download the daily newspaper daily on the iPad, now it's only weekly. You can still get the information just not as convenient as it once was for me.
