“Delivery problem at Santa Barbara regarding Saturday paper. In past 6 months, did not receive paper 4 times. Also on several occasions received someone else's paper which is a security concern. Need to consult with delivery service in Santa Barbara, California.”

“It is a great tool and useful information Marketsmith is great! But I have many troubles login in, It is not Mac friendly, because constantly annoying issues with the login, for example if I log in in market smith it log me out of Leaderboards And another thing that is very annoying is the constant pop up advertisements, as if it was a free site, as a paid subscription member, I think we should not be bother with all those pop up´s Thanks”

“I am not happy with the present IBD format. I think you need to return to much of what you had 5 years ago. Your Leaderboard is designed for people that are day traders. In the years that I have been a customer, Leaderboard has given me very little insight. For example, you have removed Facebook from the Leaderboard several times over the past few years. If I had followed you advice, I would have lost at least 60% upside. In addition, considering what I pay per month, I should be entitled to everything you offer.”

“For the first time in the long time I have been a one paper per week subscriber your carrier finally put the newspaper in the newspaper slot beneath the mail box last Saturday. First time after repeated requests to have them do this rather than just throw in on the ground on the driveway where it gets wet and useless. Now maybe finally I can read it and use it if and only if this continues. If it does not I will inform you of same.”

“Good product. I would like to see the Big Picture included in MarketSmith, since it is part of Investors Business Daily, it seems for the price it could be included. Would like to see the Mark Up tool improved, it seems it could be more robust a feature than it is with current technology. Otherwise very happy with the product.”

“You guys have a tremendous product. But eliminating the weekly print edition was a huge mistake, and I'm still pissed off about it. Don't assume all your customers love staring at computer screens all day long like I do for financial markets. We get enough God Damn time behind screens, and it sucks to miss the IBD during the week now. You should have just raised the price to subscribe to print if it was a problem for you.”

“Investors Business Daily has been responsible for the tremendous success of my investment gains. The only irritation I have with the online website is that audio/visual advertisements should be OFF unless you switch them on! I don't like that they are ON unless you switch them off. It's very distracting when I am reading an article.”
