Website has tons of great information if you can get past the pop up's. Website not always available.

Ads are outright abusive. Your site does not even allow me to complete finishing typing in a field before im jerked around by advertisements - or house ads. Using your site I feel lime im in a dunking booth.

First off I am seriously tired of receiving pop ups asking me to turn off my pop-up blocker. I'm PAYING for a subscription, which should entitle me to browse though whatever information without having to endure annoying advertising. Second of all, you went from providing me with 6 newspapers a week to only 1 now, with no apparent added value for myself while still charging the same amount. Thirdly, you make cancelling any type of subscription excruciatingly painful in extreme contrast to getting a subscription, which is, of course, a one click deal. I must say, that looking back at the arguments I just provided to you, I honestly do not know why I remain a customer. Regards, Alberto Lemolt

I am glad that you still have the weekly paper version. I've gotten accustomed to it, but am having difficulty navigating through the online version.

I renewed my subscription for 3 years and within a few months you went to a weekly format with no warning and no adjustment in price. I thought IBD stood for Investors Business Daily.

The transition to digital was handled well. I was OK but I suspect many of your subscribers struggled

Your paper is interesting to read. It has also made me money. Conversely, When I have ignored some IBD's investing precepts I have lost money. I miss Thomas Sowell. You have the best charts and graphs. I subscribe to Wall Street Journal, Barron's and several investment newsletters but nothing can replace IBD. Looking through IBD's many features is like going on an exciting treasure hunt and it's amazing just how often you find just that! Thank you IBD.

Since ending the daily paper, the website is much more important to your CAN SLIM clients. It is poorly designed and frustrating. It is full of garbage and adds like yahoo finance - EVEN BEHIND THE PAY WALL. I have it on add block because it is otherwise unusable. It is very difficult to discern an add from an article. Audible adds download automatically and frustrate the user who is doing multiple tasks. The MOST important piece of data is the markets table page which is at the bottom of the market pulse page. Don't make the real users dig for this. Have a shortcut right on top. The website is targeted at amateurs and new traders and frustrates your loyal customers who actually use the information you provide. Right now, you still provide valuable information that is difficult to obtain otherwise so we're stuck with this click bait website. But know that we're all looking for better alternatives. Either we'll find them or you'll change and we'll stay loyal customers. You've taken a dramatic step down in the last two years. I hope you change.

They have provided good education on the market and stocks. The actual products are very good. Sometimes the website is slow and customer service can an issue. Overall good experience.

It gives me valuable info for when to invest in the market. The articles are good and I look forward to reading the day's report. I am unhappy about the videos that automatically set to on. Yes, I can turn them off but it gets tiresome. I also object to having to whitelist your site for pop up ads that also run and flicker. I am very unhappy about this. It disrupts my concentration. I'm sure there are many people who don't like this! We used to get a daily newspaper but that has now been reduced to once weekly, yet our fees have not gone down and you've added the auto start videos and pop up ads. I was even blocked out of Leaderboard early on and had to allow the ads just to be able to access the board. I paid for this and then to get blocked out. Give your paying customers some loyalty. Let us chose to not have pop up ads and, more importantly, set the default on the videos to off rather than on or give us a choice to turn off or on as suits our pleasure.

I was much happier before you changed it to a weekly. I miss the editorials that were, now just so-so. Even the quotes page is no where near what it was; I use to save several each week in my "wisdom" file, now not so much. No more comments.
