I've been a subscriber off and on for over 10 years. I'd like to trade full time and be fully committed but I'm not confident enough with my skills so I keep working. My work hours don't allow me the time focus, study, and practice as much that I'd like and this is why I've been off and on. The IBD material is good but not great. The monthly subscription fees are to expensive. There is now a lot of other education and brokerage companies who offer education for free. It may not be comparing apples to apples but there is still a lot out there for little or no cost. I have tried a few times on the special offers; like Leaderboard, etc. If work gets in the way I'm not able to take full advantage of it and you automatically charge me for a regular full price the following month. I have to call and cancel and sometimes get it reversed. I don't like that method. This is my personal story, and again, most of my reasons for not progressing is totally on me, not IBD. I will continue on in hopes of turning the corner. BTW, I've tried to find a meetup group in my area, Roseville, Ca. with no luck...any ideas?

Why did you remove the editorial section. It was my favorite. Allowing my subscription to run out.

I have been a subscriber to IBD for many years. I continue to read the paper and invest based on the Willian O’Neil method. I am now retired with a seven figure portfolio. I do miss the political and editorial section of the paper. Perhaps you could show the stocks that are at buy points to help subscribers make better buy decisions. I rate the paper as five star investing business paper. FKD

You have an excellent product but it has been too hard to get around ever since your online presentation was changed.

I prefered the daily newspaper- as It is easier to write notes, etc; and now I don't get the weekend paper, even thou I have called 2x to get address changed. Address: 181 Littleton Road, Unit 325, Chelmsford, Ma 01824

Two issues: 1. Buying breakouts does not work in all markets. See the relative strength of FFTY to VTI which was strong in 2017, had no outperformance during in 2018, and suffered during the 4Q 2018 selloff. Also, BOUT performs similarly. A different strategy should be considered during sideways and bear markets and IBD seems to push the same approach in all markets even though the data (again, look to relative performance of FFTY) does not support it. 2. As a paid subscriber I HATE having advertisements thrown in my face all over the screen, including pop-ups.

The logic followed by IBD is much too compelling not to follow it in most investing areas.

While I wish it were still a "daily" I love the publication and can't imagine investing life without it. I used to read north of five minimum publications daily. I now only read yours. One feature I wish would return was what I called the "reverse search" for mutual funds that own a top ten position in IBD's top rated stocks. I guess you could use the top 50 list now. That would be very useful.

I like the new MS look. It quickly gives me the highlights of what I need to know, so I can go directly to my charts.

I need to know how I can invest or spend the $ 600 I gave you. I do not want to lose the money again like last year. I think you told me before but I did not use the money yet. Please let me know how to invest the money I gave you ? Gerard Earley

Leader board just loses your money. You cut your losses at 7% and then the stock goes back up the next day.

I look at IBD paper copy over the weekend and listen to some webinars and also read some articles that I get in email from IBD. It is good to study the following: Big picture column, IBD50 list, Big cap top 20, article on New America stocks, and Top performing ETFs. Improvementwise: I see that IBD's buy and sell signals on the markets have a lag of 2-3 days atleast. Also the detailed stock tables for each and every stock are less relevant, I would rather see more articles about Economy and specific stocks. I see that the Time saver tables and top ranked stocks could be improved by honing in on select top 10-20 stocks, rather than 200-500 stocks.

Would like to have a template that enables the same download in Excel as one gets for the Top 50 Excel Export. Why dont you have this for individual stocks? Does not make sense and the alternatives end up with disparate data sets which is not useful. Kind regards Gavin Wehlburg

excellent financial information for both research and market update. Very disappointed that you dropped your editorial pages. They where very informative and I looked forward to reading them. It would be great if you brought them back

The print version was fantastic, and I was a fan since 1992. Your App for Android is horrible. You website is horrible. I have paid for the website for years, but it still never works. You somehow think that I do not pay, so I have to logout, and log back in all the time. You have my old login information and of all the times I have called customer support (over 12 times) no one seems to be able to delete the login that is unpaid. No one listens, and no one gets anything done.

I like Investors.com because it matches Bloomberg's information quality, plus more comments and valuable advice, and it is affordable to individual investors.

IBD is interesting to read, very profitable to use if you want to perform better than the market. I have recommended it to my friends and every time they have been grateful.

Lately I have not been able to get the headings on front page IBD,like Market,Stocks,Research etc. Instead the account page comes up asking me to pay for year's subscription to Leaderboards Market Smith. I am just beginning the trial. I don't know if I want a year. Signed, Disgusted
