I have been a long time subscriber and actually spoke with Bill O'Neil at a CMT Association conference many years ago. I was a subscriber to your daily edition and used your various lists to identify stocks and specific buying points. Because you provide updates to large cap, IPOs International, etc. I can build successful portfolios. I also did not have to treat your recommendations as trades, but more as longer term investments.

IBD helps me rest easy after purchasing stocks by reviewing IBD technical charts and fundimentals.

Your information is top notch, but you have WAY too many pop up adds. Very very annoying

There is a lot of information and unbiased data. IBD writes great industry surveys including specific positions on industry players that can be super helpful to get up to speed on topics. The charts often highlight new ideas. Lastly, it is practical vs editorial.

IBD continues to provide solid investment data, ideas, and strategies based on the sound investment philosophy of Bill O'Neil. If you could have only one source for investment news, data, tools, training, and support, IBD would be the ideal choice.

I find the fundamental information they provide on stocks to be extremely useful when evaluating investment opportunities.

I love the various IBD lists such as the IBD 50, sector leaders, etc, the insightful articles of the new products/services of new companies, the investor's corner articles, the stock analysis article, the big picture article, and how the new high list is organized.

Most comprehensive stock coverage there is. Outstanding charts and explanation.

I find the news, research and system to be great. The only problem is that the paid web site is to cluttered with pop ups and advertisements. The layout is not intuitive and the various services are setup in a confusing manner.

I have been using the IBD newspaper and the various MarketSmith subscriptions for more than 10 years. I can't imagine trying to manage my own investments without it...and I have 5 years experience in financial valuations and M&A transactions, as well as an MBA (concentration in finance) from USC.

A few very recent trades based on Swing Trader recs and an up trending market. Also, learned that Swing Trader most often does not work in side ways markets.

i have learned a great deal reading Investors Business Daily over the years and my portfolios have grown along with this knowledge. However, one suggestion I would make is that the people who write the intraday updates as well as the IBD 50 should concur with the analysis in the Leaderboard and Sector Leader sections. For example, after following NVDA carefully for some time, I decided to execute a buy at the 174.66 buy point. The intraday update column described the formation as a second stage base. This made sense to me when I viewed the chart. However, the IBD 50 column described this formation as a 4th stage base. I am very happy with my Leaderboard subscription and if this this criticism leads to some improvement, then I am glad I took the time to submit my thoughts..

I was originally a subscriber in the nineties and stopped because of my travel requirements that caused me to miss daily paper issues. Two years ago I tried the eIBD and remembered the essential investing system and charting, but had forgotten IBD is a great and objective newspaper for investing and general news. The eIBD site is a great research tool with stock checkups and daily preparation tools, and I download the IBD PDF for reference all week and connect daily via internet while traveling around the world. The IBD system has substantially increased my returns, and my son is ecstatic with the high risk/return portfolio he wanted with a 36% YTD 2017 return.
