“I love the invigorated water but I am very disappointed in the delivery of replacement filters. On April 1,2021 i ordered a replacement filet and the small add on filter. I have only received the small add on...where is my water filter. There was no tracking information provided with this order”

Sorry for the shipping delay of your PH001 (1pk) filter as the filter was on pre-order when your order was placed.
The PH001 filter is being processed for shipping and once it ships out, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

When I use the pitcher, because the water has set, I dump it out, and fill it up to make coffee. I am afraid of it becoming to alkaline.

I don't use the little pitcher.
Can I just take out the filter and let it dry out, and then reuse it at a later date?
I really like my shower filter. I was grateful they exchanged it, without me sending a picture because I really don't know how to do all of that.
I don't know how to take pictures and then send them.
I was in dire straights without that shower filter, and it was sent right away.

Sorry to hear you had issues attaching the PH002 filter to the base of the PH001.
Please send us back a message in support@invigoratedwater.com and we'll be happy to assist you with the steps to combine both filters, including a short video to further help.
If you will not use the PH001 for more than 48 hours, please remove it from the pitcher reservoir and put it wet in a ziptop bag and store if your fridge until you will use it again.
