“The customer service is top notch and the pitcher very nice quality. I was hoping that the filter would improve the taste of my water but it did not. Maybe I chose the wrong product for my water need but it was definitely a disappointment. This may just not be the right product for me. The water might be healthier, it just simply tastes the same.”

“I had no idea what I was missing I had meant to get a shower water filter for years due to the quality of water in my home but I did not expect to see what a profound difference it made. Hair is so much softer now and the shower walls and glass hard water/soap scum typical build up is almost eliminated -and i have alway squeegeed the walls and glass after each shower.”
