“We use the picture and shower head and enjoy such better water. After we sold our home, we no longer had a whole house filtering system so the ability to have great drinking water and showering water is a must!”

We're sorry that your filter broke. We have tried sending replacement parts however, it could also be that something in your water system set up is causing the filter to break as it is not common that the filter would continue to break while in the filter housing.
