We’ve been using two kinds of replacement filters in bottles we bought from another manufacturer. Plastic tubes, and bags. We soaked everything according to the directions.
The plastic tubes make the water taste funny, like a fish flavor. I’m allergic to fish, and this is not a flavor I want in my water.
The bags are fine, and we will continue to use them. I support alkaline water, and have experienced many important health benefits from it!

The pH RECHARGE Glass is a brand new product for us, our first time producing it, and we are aware of this issue.
The leaking spigot is fixed on the second round, and we are sure that we have this issue under control.
