Our apologies for the trouble in installing the pH REJUVENATE Shower Head filter to your shower set up.
Our current model of the pH REJUVENATE doesn't include a hose and mount and you will have to use your existing shower hose or get a 1/2 standard size hose to install the shower head.

“I searched endlessly for this type of filter/product. Smart looking, (pseudo) affordable yet most importantly able to remove fluoride, toxins and most impurities from tap water.
Over the years I’ve done hundreds of hours of research on water filters and most if not all resources indicate for filters to remove impurities the water has to pass through the filter not just the filter simply sitting, marinating in the water so...this part is still up in the air for me.
I travel for work (1 week on the road and 1 week home) and I bought a second pitcher/filter which I now use the second filter to keep in my Nalgene (bpa free) travel bottle. It allows me to use (toxin and fluoride free hopefully) hotel tap water and also frees me from having to use and discard plastic water bottles which are not environmentally friendly and ultimately end up in trash dumps or floating for years in the ocean creating plastic waste islands and killing marine life. And as a side note, most hotels do not have recycle containers.
Based on taste alone, this filter/pitcher passes my test but then again so did my plain unfiltered home tap water which also tasted good. My city adds fluoride so drinking tap water is a definite no for me but my stainless Invigorate pitcher has solved that issue. For an accurate assessment if this filter really does what it claims, independent 3rd party testing would need to validate the claims (maybe this is somewhere on the website and I just missed it?).
Would I buy it again? Yes and here’s why. Based on their customer service, being a small family owned business trying to do their part in helping people and the environment be more healthy, speed and ease of purchase and delivery and supporting MADE IN USA (not bloody China!) is paramount to me. Also, vibes..I get good vibes from this family and have to believe they have taken the necessary steps to insure they have a quality product with, not just acceptable but very high, quality standards. Hope this helps..

“This pitcher and filter are working great. I gave the pitcher 4 stars instead of 5 because upon the first use of this pitcher, the rubber ring on the bottom of the pitcher that stops it from slipping on my counter top came off and it won't stay in place no matter how much I work with it. This isn't a huge complaint because he main function of the pitcher- the filter - works great, but it was disappointing to have a piece of the pitcher come off upon the first use.”
