Standard shipping (free shipping) in the website is for 5 to 7 business days, plus processing time. I checked the shipping progress of your order and saw that it also encountered a carrier delay while in transit. Sorry, this is something we cannot control.

“The replacement filters were slightly too big for the holes for my water filter. It took a lot of effort to get them to fit I had to somehow squeeze the filters into the hole because if I did not the water leaked through. I would like replacing my filters to be easy not a struggle. But other than that I do enjoy the product.”
“I've purchased two of these. Beware if you drop it the filter will break off in the lid and is impossible to get the broken piece out. Love the product, but no sure if I want to buy a third due to this reason. (Long time customer)”
“I ordered replacement shower filters on 10/10/20 & received a reply that my order had shipped, but I never received it until a few days ago. Today is 12/8. IW gave me no updates or info about product delivery either. The filters seem to be just fine.

Our sincerest apologies for the delayed shipping of your order. The shipping delays due to the pandemic and backed up mail/shipment in the US has impacted the speed of getting our stocks to the warehouse.
You order has been shipped and according to its tracking info, the package was delivered on December 4.

If you believe that the package may be missing, you may file a claim with ROUTE for the package protection you availed when the order was placed.

“I've been using Invigorated water filters (bought the counter tank) since 2 years ago when I decided to give myself and family a better quality water.
I can tell the difference between the chlorined (and all the other stuff you don't smell or taste that's in your tap water) and the filtered water we drink and cook with.
Filters are easy to replace and I recycle the first 2 tanks of water after installing the new filter watering my plants or cleaning something at home. Win - win because I don't like to waste any drop.
The countertop tank is easy to fill and lasts depending on the daily consumption (during pandemic been 4 here I had to refill the tank no more than 3 times a day only because we're heavy water drinkers) in regular days (when I'm mostly alone at home) once a day is enough.
Definitely recommend this brand and products!”
