the update is a disaster and has been stripped so you upgrade, even when you are a paying customer and there is only one plan to choose from. A very underhanded move my invoices to go. I spent 3 hours last night editing expenses because of the new features they added. This whole email reports is rubbish too, I want to see my reports how they used to be. Terribly disappointed and angry. A week away from the end of our financial year and I have to make sense of this and then look for a decent accounting software provider.

The update is the worst thing I've ever tried to use, the old app was perfect for my needs and I have used it for nearly 5years without a problem, and now not only has it cost me a lot of money annually it is going to cost money every day till it is sorted, who is going to reimburse us for loss of earnings??? And if the app doesn't get sorted to the way I like it will I get a full refund and compensation for all the inconvenience caused??

So bad! We were Invoice to go users for 3 years. It started off ok but became a complete nightmare. Invoices lost, sometimes duplicated. An app thats supposed to save me time turned into a nightmare, I was so unsure what I was actually owed or had sent it became so stressful. We moved to PoweredNow for our diary and invoicing and Sage for our accounts.

Wouldn't sync iPad to iphone marked paid invoices outstanding and not sent! New upgrade is a down grade!! Looking for new invoice app!!

CHECK APPLE REWIEVS. I was going to use this aplication but after update this application gone. No good for any business. LOOK AT THE APPLE APPLICATION REVIEWS! ONE STAR EVERYWHERE!!! If you don't want to lose your data one day, don't use this app.

New update has caused may problems which most users have already identified below. Mains issue is that missing a lot of invoices so I don't know where I am, im hoping a fix will sort it but not looking hopeful. I've been a loyal customer for past 3 years and previous app was spot on new app is terrible. I've waisted 2 days of my time trying to sort out these problems and trying to work out what's missing, who's going to pay me for me and my employees costs for this. But remember this is a PAID app and they should not be able to make this many changes in an update, this should have been released as a separate app, separate name with the option to migrate over. There should have been a faiksafe built in that meant that you could revert back if not satisfied

I lost half of my invoices and quotes saved in the system after the recent update. The company is not responding to sort out the issue. The new design is terrible. How can you do this to people?? It's ruining our business!!! Major disaster!!!

After 9 months of waiting for a problem to be fixed (not syncing) the much awaited update has been the most atrocious 'downgrade' I have ever seen! A new poorer layout, previous components missing and still major problems with operation. Very bad timing and a PR nightmare for Invoice 2go who keep apologising but not actually fixing problems. I loved this app for a few years but sneaky forced upgrades, poor syncing, abysmal customer service and now this 'downgrade' have meant I will be ditching them at the end of this financial year.

Invoice2go. Where do l send my invoice for all of the wasted time that I have tried to get it contact with you to resolve the issue I have with your latest update. I like invoice2go but over the years of using your app there has been many issues, all of which I have managed to work around (not because you have fixed the app but because of frustrating work arounds on my behalf). Your customer service is next to none, right next to it. It's about a 1 If you've got problems just email everyone and let them know. But stop using token generic responses like thanks for reaching out to us. It would be great if I could just speak to someone on the phone. Please reach out to me

If it isn't broke then don't try to fix it. !!! What a load of shite the new updated Invoice2go is. Extremely disappointed and will be using quickbooks from now on. Been using this app since the start of my business 3.5 years ago and it's alll gone horribly wrong. Clearly didn't ask what their customers wanted before rolling it out . What a shame, none of the information I relied on is there anymore and no longer shown, but exported via email instead. Why not just show the info on app ???? Renew this year ? I don't think so.

The new update is complete crapand has slowed my business down. All of the changes are bad changes and I am looking for a refund. Been a user for many years but this will be my last unless I can get the old version.

The new update is terrible. The layout is horrible and the most simply thing like writing an invoice is sooooo hard now!! They've removed the pie chart and quarterly planner so you can't even see your yearly total in estimate and invoices so you'll never know your success rates etc. I'll be leaving once my current contract expires

Your new release is rubbish to say the least. 1) the quantity button works when it wants to. 2) the easy to access functions are gone. 3) the layout is difficult. 4) Writing an invoice description is limited to a few lines, try writing a letter like this. 5) The while approch is getting more money for invoice to go. A few years ago we had control, now we have tech nerds not business owners writing what they think we need. They have no idea. This is so disappointing. I actually tried to assist in helping with the new update. I was promised a gift card and that never happened. What do we do as business owners. I have just renewed. You are not very clever people to change an interface that worked, was easy to use to this. What can you say but you do not give a damn about your customers. My name is available to any who want it. Incredibly disappointed. You just chewed my afternoon and I earns nothing.Thanks very much

Updates make more work for you!, the latest update just ruined the easy "statements to go"feature. Invoices you mark as paid re appear at random! unpaid invoices are marked as paid! the app has a mind of its own! GUARANTEED TO LOOSE YOU MONEY Have used for a number of years and each update increases problems I will be leaving this behind this year

Invoice 2 go just did an update and decided in their wisdom to delete the calendar feature without any warning deleting all my future appointments and the contact info for those customers, this will cost me thousands of dollars in business. And the worst part is they really don't seen to care or show any sense of urgency. Ill be leaving this company as soon as I can find another one.

Run, Run, Run I have been a client of Invoice 2go for just over 3 years. I think anyone who has ever used the app and the website would agree that when I tell you the actual website was always basically useless. The mobile app however always seemed to work fairly well except for us having to resend the invoice time after time. With the new update of the mobile app they have now made the app basically useless also. DUPLICATE INVOICES, MISSING INVOICES. Many showing paid on one page and unpaid on the next. All of the challenges they were having with the website are now on my phones and tablets. I spoke with support and was given no fixes or even ideas of how they were going to correct the challenges. I was offered NO HELP and NO SUPPORT! I will be shopping for a new type of POS. It is obvious that Invoice 2go doesn't care about their challenges.
