“What a scam of a company,cant access old invoices if u leave invoice to go ,so u have to buy full year membership just to get old invoices and qoutes,is this even legal?and then thet take your money withouting emailing you when it auto renews,never got a email 21 days before they take it,and guess what the price had gone up to 269 euro,wowowowowow,the cheek of them,they should be locked up”

“Worse app ever. So many technical issues, wasted hours of valuable time on support and still nothing. Unfortunately, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place as I have a client that uses the invoicing side of it. Everything else is crap.”

“Sad to see a mismanaged company put policies that affect customer experience. If they could charge you for printing each invoice they would. With a simple web search and few clicks I have now switched to Wave Invoicing. So long Invoice2Go, thanks for nothing.”

“They have doubled my subscription price without any warning. They sent me an email, on the day they took the money from my bank, to tell me my subscription payment would be taken that day, no mention of the renewal price in the email. When I checked my bank they had taken almost twice as much as previous years, with absolutely no notice whatsoever, SCAMMERS!”

“The charge to the customer, on top of charging the service provider is definitely excessive. Nobody else charges (the customer) for paying with a debit card. Will never pay through Invoice2go again.”

“nearly used it to pay a contractor's invoice then noticed there would be a payment charge (no indication on the invoice of a payment charge) - as it was not made clear who would pay this charge I exited the invoice2go and paid with my personal banking app Slightly underhanded in my opinion”

“This s a bad company that started of with giving use of scanning EAN number and now after getting the customers they have stopped it and become another cheap bookkeeping software and charging double the price for basically nothing”

“Absolutely the worst app. Never syncs with different devices the compony is not capable to make any updates without creating more problem with the app. Total amateur hour. Now i've noticed that my estimate/invoices are opened by the recipient yet it does not shows up as "opened" it only shows "sent" in the app”

“We have used Invoice2go for the last 2 years. Both occasions when our plan was due for renewal they have DOUBLED our plan price. I checked on 3 different devices and each device stated a different renewal price. For any new customers they are offering the year at HALF the price of the original plan £16.99/month however, for existing customers it is £33.99. I appreciate an introductory offer but this is ridiculous.”

“As a customer of a trade that uses this, the invoice gave the impression that pay2go was the only payment option. There was no mention of any 'online payment' surcharge, which amounted to $28 and was only divulged AFTER the payment. Turns out there was a second page of the invoice which had a small type BSB banking details...which would havebeen my preferred method of payment and would not have involved any fees. Sleazy.”

“I can concur with other reviewers who have small businesses out there, leave this well alone. I purchased this over 5/6 years ago and the price has just rocketed. If you have got it and thinking of moving on, which I now have, cc your invoices to yourself so no need to access ITG for end of year tax returns. I would highly recommend a few other apps out there who are far less greedy and a lot more on your side.”

“as a customer who had a company use this...wow. the whole app is a scam. Everything was good till you hit approve.. then find out there's a 50$ transaction fee, and the whole page starts implying I have to pay right now or get hit with late fees.. we didn't even setup an date/appt. yet... and I know contractors deal with crappy customers all the time... but who pays 100% upfront like that. told the contract I wasn't gunna be using this app... come see me and i'll gladly pay you person to person..”

“Worst app I’ve ever used! Build my client $600 said it would take seven days to process the first transaction. After three days they refunded the transaction to my client without notifying me. Client thought I was playing games and never played me again. Highly recommend staying away from this app!”

“Was good to start with, but is now much too pricey for a small business like mine. Terrible that you can’t access your old invoices after leaving Invoice2go. I have now designed my own invoice using Apple Numbers.”
