This was an excellent app and would have received a 5 star for the old system. FED UP WITH CONSTANT UPGRADES AND LAYOUT CHANGES. NO LONGER USER FRIENDLY AND GOING TO BE MOVING ELSE WHERE NOW. AVOID

Was a 5 and a great easy to use program But the update screwed this accounting program completely I rate it a 1 now you think these programmers would wise up and change it back with all the lost revenue

New customer...terrible... Not easy to use. My friend was raving about the old version and that's why I bought it... I realized I was not the only unhappy camper after surfing forums.. Wow, what a good way to destroy a good app...a great way to loose old customers and the perfect way to get a refund after being a customer for only an hour. Oufff

Bought the app and was happy initially, but they keep forcing you to upgrade and fork out crazy amounts of money to keep using it. The latest update is a stupid cash grab. Losing heaps of customers because of it and rightfully so.

I've been using this program for 2 years. Since the latest update it's been terrible. Now I get a message saying my storage is full. Charging me $500 to upgrade. It's nonsense and a money grab. Shop elsewhere!!

Invoice 2 go sucks. Nothing ever works. I've paid them twice now and still doesn't work. I've been a customer for 5 years now and I'm down. Try to get help and it's all via text or email. Don't do it. Terrible;

I was charged a "transaction fee" of $38.63 for a bill of $1239. the company nor invoice2go did not tell me, ahead of time, that there was a fee attached. Instead, my CC was charged $1277.63 and then told there was a "transaction fee" included! If you see a vendor using inoivce2go, STOP! do NOT use it...pay cash, check or use an e-transfer!

Been a customer for 3 years and invoices to go was a awesome easy to use program for me a electrical contractor But now it’s a complete mess not very user friendly Looking at a new accounting program

Everything! What a absolute joke. Most of the quotes, clients and estimates have been wiped clean. It's embarrassing having to go back to your customers asking them again for all the information. Stripe is a scam. A poor customer paid this company by accident and it was a mammoth task trying to receive the funds back. Still waiting. Of course for a fee. This is so embarrassing and not professional at all. Making my small business look inadequate. Will not be going with invoice2go again.

The update did nothing but frustrate me. I’m not sure they’re listening to their own customers. Not everything migrated from old version to current. But I’ll deal with that. But having it operate so slowly is not acceptable. No! something must be done or I will follow what other frustrated users are doing........leave!!!!!!!!

What started out as the best invoice program I have used quickly went to the worst causing me major issues. Originally a easy program to use with many options to fit your needs has since updated , changed my custom template to a base template which does not meet me needs or the needs of my clients. Their fonts are too small, which makes me think the engineering has targeted only their users and not the end users such as bookkeepers and accountants, managers and supervisors. The update has definitely made things easier to input...but now my clients are not happy with the product=I am not happy. Look seriously at other programs before using.

I am a customer. I paid an invoice by invoice2go and was charged an extra fee. I was not warned in advance that I would be charged extra and I cannot find anything on the terms and conditions to refer to an extra charge. I will be changing supplier inless I can pay by bank transfer next time.

I have been using this since 2008 . It is a total load of rubbish . I am having so much trouble with the entire thing . Have lost all my customers and it is so time consuming . Mobile Maintenance 2008 Ltd . I want my money back . Total rubbish

Clients duplicate themselves multiple times. Simply clicking on 'invoice client', and doing the invoice process, results in several duplicate client entries after sync. I have had to delete over 50 repeat client names upon creating ONE invoice for same client.

Can't figure out how to change due dates, product list is now called "items" and removed all my cost feature and only shows retail, and "items" list can't be made in alphabetical order. The change to the drop down screen is poorly done. A lot of work was done to make it worse. Instead of letting monkeys do the change, you should have had 5th graders do it. Very upset, longtime customer here.

When I email customers invoices they're not receiving it. Very annoying and it's crippling my cashflow.
