“I have been using this since 2008 . It is a total load of rubbish . I am having so much trouble with the entire thing . Have lost all my customers and it is so time consuming . Mobile Maintenance 2008 Ltd . I want my money back . Total rubbish”

“Clients duplicate themselves multiple times. Simply clicking on 'invoice client', and doing the invoice process, results in several duplicate client entries after sync. I have had to delete over 50 repeat client names upon creating ONE invoice for same client.”

“Can't figure out how to change due dates, product list is now called "items" and removed all my cost feature and only shows retail, and "items" list can't be made in alphabetical order. The change to the drop down screen is poorly done. A lot of work was done to make it worse. Instead of letting monkeys do the change, you should have had 5th graders do it. Very upset, longtime customer here.”

“Since the new Invoice to go was released it is very limited, many of the new feature dont work. What used to take a couple of hours invoicing now takes all day. I doubt I will be renewing at the end of the term, much better and cheaper options currently available.”

“I've been using invoice to go since 2014. It was always super fast and easy to use especially when you fell behind on invoices for the month, playing catch up was made easy. Now with the new mandatory update all my data is skewed. Invoices that I marked as paid before the update are now all marked as unpaid.. Very unimpressed! Hopefully, you guys figure a proper integration of this new update that reflects how easy to use the the older version was. Frustrating now to waste my time trying to figure out how to check things properly and input data.”

“Using Invoice2go since 2012. New update is absolutely horrific. PayPal integration is still not working 6 weeks after the app was updated. Numerous calls to customer service line have been fruitless. Total failure.”

“Have used Invoice2go for a number of years; however, I am not impressed with the latest changes. Following the update I had to redo my invoice template. The data reports produced at the end of the financial year are amateurish to say the least and are incorrect. It seems that you are making changes for the sake of change. We certainly be reviewing my continued use of this system over the coming weeks.”

“Everything went wrong the previous version of invoice2go was perfect. This update or what ever they call it is absolutely a waste of time. I looked so professional before now I am the laughing stock. Tx for nothing Invoice 2 go as so many people wanted to use you whom I referred you to and I phoned all of them to say please don't use it is not the same product anymore. I am definitely canceling if this is not fixed. ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS BEFORE SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE AS THAT IS WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!!!”

“Since change unusable. It was a good app before and offline method was just fine for me. I don't recommend for one man small business invoicing. History of inconsistent results on the updates.”
