this software deleted estimates that couldn't be retrieved. it deleted £9000 worth of invoice in one that i noticed. god knows how many smaller one it has deleted without me noticing. no wonder i have happy clients. i do the bill as i go then sent on a friday. i hate to think how much this software has cost me. DO NOT USE

Invoices are not being sent to customers, when it says 'sent' Invoices are also doubling up. For example I have had 3 seperate copies of the same invoice number? Very concerning when this is the life blood of my business. Currently developing my own online invoice software. Will be a breath of fresh air when I finally move on.

Horrible support. I'm in. CANADA my invoices2go account got compromised and after proving that I'm the owner of the corporation I was told by management the only way to Have access to the invoices to go was thru legal. They further helped the other party continue with fraudulent activities. Local police contacted invoices to go to continue there investigation and invoices2go told the officer no we don't have to do anything your in Canada and it's out of your jurisdiction. So now lawyers are getting involved and the fraud continues. My business has lost over 100 thousand so far do to invoices2go. By the way the articles of incorporation were submitted to invoices2go. Got me no where. I would not USE this app it's bad for your small business and the support is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

The web version is very buggy. Reported lots of important bugs, not all are fixed after 5 months...

I am having problems to send out the invoices, every time that I try it says time out try it again, and when tell the invoice is send, I found out that the client hasn't got any invoice!!!

We bought the best package that you could buy. Turns out there are a whole bunch of bugs within invoices2go. Duplications of invoices, estimates ect. Our phones and laptops will not sync together. When you phone customer service or email them they don't really resolve the situation. I'm glad I've payed for something that doesn't work and isn't being resolved in a timely manner. frustration levels are high.

on a surface looks like a good idea and great software but it is not very intuitive and when things go wrong (and they do) it is a real nightmare. It is very expensive to run and based on number of clients. For the money I would expect more intuitive software that does not crash all of the time, has problems with syncing and constantly sends unpaid invoices as paid which automatically removes all options to be paid. I am looking for alternatives now as I have had it with this clunky unresponsive and badly coded platform.

I love invoice to go ! It makes it quick and easy when I'm on the go I can write invoices and estimates on the go! I could not run my business without it!

We have used I2go for over 2 years now, use for client database, quotes, invoicing, purchase orders and payments all on mobile, so it works great for us and we have adapted a lot of features to suit our business. We would like to be able to call customers directly from their record, also calendar integration would be really useful, ie entering customer appointments directly from client list, we currently have to enter appointments seperately into outlook calendar.

Just a great tool to have in you're box. Makes invoicing and billing so easy. Keeps track of everything for you. Great reports.. overall great application for the small business man.

Really good app but as a heavy user I'm being pushed away with rising costs of renewal. I run 2 separate businesses which is a shame but there are cheaper alternantives.

My pay now feature was turned on automatically after a update and one of my clients paid then was told I had to turn on stripe feature to be paid then my client was reimbursed there payment then stripe took the payment out and charged them $75 and also charged me $75 what a joke . Do not and I mean do not use this app they are so dishonest and just keep passing the buck when you question anything.

absolutely disgraceful customer service questions and answers all generic had this software for over three years the price is going up and up all the time the glitches are getting worse with no date in sight or even being discussed. i have five vans on the road all trying to use this app and its just destroying data losing invoices creating double invoices with zero balances losing invoices putting them in the wrong folders. tried time and time again to approach this company no joy just generic chat load of rubbish . iv developed my locksmith business around this invoicing app and it has just gone to rat pooh. multiple devices it does not do it is so unreliable I am now looking for new software i can rely on. don't be fooled by the hype its not true this app is so-so not what it makes out to be .

I'd be willing to bet that all of the 5 star ratings are people who have just recently bought the app. Wait until tax season when you have to spend hours manually crunching numbers because the reports are useless. And, wait until next year when you get hit with a massive price increase for the product. Let's see how many stars you give it then.

Reports are useless. Have to break out materials and labor manually. Web browser version and mobile app don't even give the same numbers for reports. Price hike is brutal after 1 year. Not worth the money.

I use ivtg all the time. Its simple to use, easy to navigate thru the site. My invoices look professional. I could go on and on. Thank you thank you thank you! The one constructive criticism I have, I wish there was a late payment option. I have contacted ivtg about this. They gave me sage advice, on how to deal with this issue. That is the only thing that is not perfect. Everything else is AMAZING! Hope this helps Matthew Heron
