“Invoice2go is great 90% of the time, we still continue to have problems with syncing to devices and also invoices that "disappear" It also seems to take a while to download everything when I log on.”

“I am a mobil veterinary surgeon. My practice consists of traveling to small animal hospitals to perform advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. It is really great to invoice on the spot with my phone. The clients also like that they are invoiced on the spot and think it is very professional. Thanks! Great App!”

“I've owned this app for four years with one time pay. All of a sudden I have to pay again for it. Not only that but by the month?! Doesn't make Sense to me. Greedy! Unfair!”

“Apart from having problems with syncing and emailing invoices now they want me to pay $400 per year.... poor decision and greedy! They will never get my money!”

“Lack of contact in emergency situation. Lack of technical knowledge in different regions. Unable to identify payments through stripe. Software issues with raising invoice saying already paid when not paid. Biggest problem is unable to get support to resolve these issues. In the process for looking for alternatives to this , is a shame as could be great !”

“So we purchased this in March last year as a small business we had three users. It started off well as we had less than 50 invoices. Soon as we grew as a business to over 100 invoices we started seeing older invoices disappearing and blank invoices appearing with different invoice numbers. Then to top this off we had duplicates all over affecting all the reporting. Basically we had to resort back to an excel spreadsheet to find missing monies and to keep a track of payments. Its a shame, it had so much potential. Will be seeking a refund as this is not fit for purpose until they fix these issues - I would want anyone about buying it for multiple users. * Side note, all the support would ask me to do is clear my browsers cache all the time, something at this level you should not have to do. Imagine loading facebook or amazon's website and everytime having to refresh and delete your cache. (99 problems.....)”

“Your not zero or my orb, your a cheap invoice program, and you now charge too much for it to be viable for my small business. i think invoice 2go should have maintained cheep packages of invoices, instead of strictly using monthly fees. invoice to go has lost my business and dozens of tradespeople i work with. shot yourself in the foot by being too greedy good luck to you, may b you'll compete with the likes of zero one day.”
