App is great although I still feel pretty ripped off and betrayed as I was an early adopter that purchased the app and then was forced over to the subscription program. The only reason I moved to subscription was to save myself the hassle of changing to another provider. I won't ever forget this as it was a betrayal of your early supporters that helped build your business to where it is now. Like I said the app works well. However the Website is the worst I have ever used. It's slow and frustrating. You keep promising to fix this but never do. Whenever I need to print an invoice I'm subjected to the same slow clunky experience. It's terrible. I hate it with a passion.

For the price you pay ANNUALLY the app is slow and not something I would recommend. Unfortunately I've been using it for a few years now and if I go somewhere else I'll loose the history info. So I hope you can make the app even half as good as it should be for the money I pay. Very unsatisfied customer

Isn't suitable for my needs Impossible to retreive some invoices Automatic debit of subscription without asking Haven't used it for more than 9mths yet was debited Request for refund completely ignored Very pissed of customer that doesnt want to be a customer Give me my money back NOW!

I really like that this website has an accompanying app as that really helps me to keep track of my sales on-the-go. However, the company have advised me since purchase that I will only be able to get an accurate sales report if I download a new browser and use it with certain settings. This seems a little ridiculous to me and certainly makes the whole system inconvenient. as I haven't got round to doing that, I don't have an accurate sales and cost figure currently although I'm 6 months in (I do have a rough figure, but still). I'm also not keen on the fact that my sales figures can't be downloaded using in CSV format meaning I can upload them to Excel. I would like to do some more in-depth sales analysis but it's just too time-consuming when all details of my individual sales are in PDF format. My other last niggle is that it's not easy to input recurring costs meaning each one has to be entered from scratch. I can cope with this but the previous two points mean that I'm not sure I want to. While the app is great for convenience and easy to use, I'll probably be switching to a new provider once my subscription ends.
