“I have bought 4 upside down reverse umbrellas. 3 as gifts and 1 for myself. They feel so smooth and easy to put up and down. After having shown my Leopard Umbrella to my friend I decided to buy 1 for her as a gift but thIOCO was out of stock. I rang contact number and spoke to a lovely lady named Jane who told me there was 1 Leopard Umbrella left. She posted it that afternoon and I received 3 days later. Thank you Jane ☔️”

Hi Gregor, Thanks for your feedback. As Jenny explained, discount codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added afterwards due to system limitations. We did offer a full refund or a discount on your next order as a goodwill gesture, which you declined. Thank you for taking the time share your review with us. I've had a look at your tracking details and can see that your order arrived in the US to clear customs on the 28th Feb and is now with the US Postal System as of the 5th of March, so it should make its way to you shortly. We are an Australian Company, so we ship all the way from Sydney, which explains why it's taken so long. Thanks again for your patience while your order travels around the world to get to you 🙂 ✈️
