Hi Gregor, Thanks for your feedback. As Jenny explained, discount codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added afterwards due to system limitations. We did offer a full refund or a discount on your next order as a goodwill gesture, which you declined. We also noticed you rated the products 1 star— it’s disheartening to see the product reviews reflect that rather than the quality or experience with the actual items themselves. We work hard to create products people love, and we rely on honest reviews to help other customers make informed choices. I still haven’t receive the item I ordered not have I gotten an update on the shipping status. I can’t review an item that I don’t have. Please tell me where is my umbrella?

Thank you for taking the time share your review with us. I've had a look at your tracking details and can see that your order arrived in the US to clear customs on the 28th Feb and is now with the US Postal System as of the 5th of March, so it should make its way to you shortly. We are an Australian Company, so we ship all the way from Sydney, which explains why it's taken so long. Thanks again for your patience while your order travels around the world to get to you 🙂 ✈️

Still waiting for a reply to last email . Question still un answered. Product mainly great, free gift useless for me because it won’t work if I use the divider I purchased for the bondi bag. Why send me a free gift for prolonged / delayed delivery that won’t fit the bondi bag if I want to actually use the divider? Then it’s a waist of plastic not a gift. You can’t be bothered answering my email to explain. Not to mention this 20cent plastic pouch to hold my keys ……is the free gift.😂 Don’t rate admin much, a shame for the bag company themselves. My bag arrived after a couple months but then I had to email to find where the rest of my order was- the divider? Apparently it was coming from a different warehouse? Can’t understand why if that was the case it didn’t come days after my original order. Took around 10 weeks to come. Would not shop with IOco again no recommend them.

Love the product but waiting in delivery to NZ. Seriously been a long time and apparently it is in NZ and cleared customs but I get shipping from China quicker. Not happy

I am still waiting for the product. It has not been delivered. I'm disgusted with the service. Firstly, I received a second bill when I had already paid, then a feedback form when it hasn't been delivered.

Does not keep the tea hot long enough. After half an hour it is almost cold.
