“Not very impressed at the moment. Have taken everything home to see if we can figure out how to put this stand up, doesn't seem to be enought pieces for it at the moment, but will try with my husband tonight. We also seem to be missing the square trolley with wheels that I ordered to wheel it in and out of the shop on. Once I have unpacked every box I will know for sure and will be intouch with you.”

“The reason why I had to buy a new rubber ring for our (new) glass coffee mug is that it leaks. We thought it might be a dodgy rubber ring so I found out that I could buy a new rubber ring. $8.95 delivery! It cost IOco $2.20 and an envelope. And the new ring leaks as well.”

“Package arrived damaged... Like torn open and repackaged damaged. The drink bottle was dusty in its box and I expected better from the cutlery set. It appears flimsy and is loose. Eager to try the reuseable wrap though and see if it works better than wax.”

Hi Steph, Thanks for the feedback. This is very strange as we pride ourselves on presenting our products well. It sounds like your shipment has been damaged in transit in the Australia Post system. “I like it but my boyfriend just wash it than hit the tank than already broken by accident. It’s not even use once. I feel so sad. It’s not strong enough.”

Hi Ariel, Sorry to hear this. It is disappointing that your boyfriend accidentally broke it. The Glass is borosilicate meaning it can withstand very high temperatures however if there is an impact with the sink, it will break.
