Started off fine, with notification of a timed slot for delivery. On this basis, I made arrangements for the afternoon. An hour after the time slot ended I got a further message saying there would be a delay! I then had to go out. On my return the package had been left in full view of the street and had indeed attracted the attention of a couple of youths, who thankfully moved on when I approached. On retrieving the package (clearly marked Fragile), I discovered the packing to be damaged and some cosmetic damage had resulted to the item. Appalling service I'm afraid.

The package was delivered to the wrong house (luckily they called me to let me know it was on their doorstep when they had got home!) - the parcel was crushed and the interior packaging hanging out. One of the items was smashed. Pretty dreadful!

Item was wrapped in bubble wrap three times then with card board then bubble wrapped again then shrink wrapped yet still arrived broken and damaged, disgraceful service

About an hour outside of prediction, but these things happen, hard to put a time to something that relies on the traffic being ok. parcel arrived ok on day of delivery what more can you say.

Email to tell me about time and date.Arrived home no parcel. Checked on line, delivery left on time in porch, apart from the fact that was impossible. Rang and told that someone would check with the local depo and get back to me. I missed call,but next morning a neighbour gave me the parcel, not a problem but no card was left to tell me this and I would've saved my neighbour the inconvenience and collected myself moral check with the neighbours first haha

Took 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive, only to find it was damaged and parts missing. Would I use them again, absolutely not! BIG THUMBS DOWN????

I had my parcel 'delivered' whilst I was out and had a note left on the website tracker (nothing through my door) stating 'left on porch' despite my flat not having a porch. The item is missing, I'm assuming it has been taken by someone from wherever it was left. I called your company upfield more information and was told I would get a call back, no such call was received. I called back again and was told that no new information had been received and that I would receive a reply the next day. I am still yet to receive another phone call to know what has happened to my parcel. Terrible service. It should not have just been left on my doorstep in the first place, not from a 'courier' service.

The collection time window was advised the day before but the following day no-one turned up! It was difficult to actually speak to anyone although another time was then emailed to me for the following day. It was subsequently collected and delivered satisfactorily but a no show is not good when people are staying in specifically for this.

I ordered an item from EBay which was delivered by yourselves. I was not in when it was delivered. It was just left right by my front door in full view of any one passing by. It was quite a big box too, so not like it couldn't be seen. The card put through my letterbox stated it had been left in ' a safe place' and the 'porch' box had been ticked, I don't have a porch!!! So it was left in an unsafe place, by my front door, for anyone to take gas they wanted to! Not great service if you ask me. I informed the seller who sent it via your service too. So they may rethink about using your rubbish service!

1. they only send single email with poor details, no follow up emails. 2. online portal: finding online details about this shipment is too hard & shallow available information. 3. support: ipost parcels reply to an email after two days !! 4. no phone number to contact !! 5. they deliver the day and time they want .. u'll have to expect nothing. I would rate them less than one start if that's possible !

My parcel did not arrive. When tracked it said delivered and signed for by me quoting my name which was rubbish. Someone presumably a neighbour put it through my door the following day. I tried to phone but no option is given to sort this. Unless you have a calling card reference you cannot get through. Maddening!

I dropped off a parcel at your Thatcham Depot on Wednesday morning 16th December 2015 for next day delivery. It finally arrived Tuesday 22/12/2015 despite submitting 3 online queries to find out what was happening but didn't receive a response to any. I'm trusting a full credit will be made to my account as you failed to delivery as quoted.

As my parcel had fragile car lights in it, I was extremely stressed out (as was the sender) over it being marked as delayed for 4 days on the tracking info page. No other info just delayed, the sender found out it went over to Ryton in the North East instead over heading to Ireland. I was quite surprised to receive it yesterday as the tracking page still had it as "Delayed". I've given an overall rating as "Normal" due to the tracking not being updated and it's a busy time of year, but the parcel arrived in good condition so "No harm done". Thanks.. Richie

my only complaint was delivery time was txt to me to be between 1805 and 2005 in the evening, to my surprise the parcel arrived around midday. whats the point in the txt

Parcel arrived damaged. Despite clear labeling....Fragile and This way up etc, the mirror was turned upside down and shaken about so mirror was knocked out of the frame Also the FEATHERED mirror surround was battered and some of the feathers dislodged and crushed. This is totally unacceptable and we will be seeking compensation from you,as this was an expensive item!!
