“The courier left the parcel outside my front door without putting a note through my letterbox to tell me it was there. I rarely use that door so it was only by luck that I discovered the parcel.”

“I had two deliveries yesterday - absolutely no idea who delivered what, you know how it is. However, the one I suspect is yourselves was underwhelmingly normal. Knocked on door and by the time I answered it (I was upstairs), the delivery man was already en route to plan B (leave with neighbour). I had to carry the box from neighbour's wall into house (no real hardship, but ...) and as he waltzed up the road he shouted "what's your name?" ... No different to many previous Royal Mail deliveries really - certainly no improvement. At least my parcel wasn't left in the dustbin - which once happened. ;-)”

“I was texted in the morning with an hour slot for the delivery, which was great, however the delivery arrived about 1.5 hours before that hour slot. This was fine for me, as was in anyway, however could have caused major problems on another occasion.”

“Was given a time slot via text on morning of delivery - they delivered earlier than stated so left a very expensive item with a neighbour who didn't even have to sign for it ! Very poor customer service ! Good job I have an honest neighbour !”

“The parcel was damaged. It consisted of a large tube with banners in and the tube was starting to unravel so isn't suitable for storing the banners in. Fortunately the contents were ok.”

“In an email I was told I would be contacted with a delivery time-I WAS NOT. I checked on line and was told delivery would be between 13.08-14.08..so fine I popped out in the morning as I knew I would be back in plenty of time. I arrived back before 13.00 only to find parcel had been left on shelf by front door. Luckily it was still there. What is the point of being able to track delivery times on line if they are not kept to.?”

“I saw the parcel van coming along the road and expected a knock on my door. Much to my surprise the driver took the parcel to my next door neighbour. Assuming no reply he then walked up to my garden path and left the parcel on the ground near the front door without knocking nor rang the bell first. So I opened the door window and looked at him - he then gave me the parcel and I signed for it. Not at all happy with the service to say the least!!!”

“Your driver could not on Friday 12th deliver to our postcode and my parcel ended up a good mile away at another postcode. Fortunately for me the person who received it was honest so eventually two days later the parcel turned up. This was not before I had had to contact the clothing company and complain and re order the item. Monday delivery was great so well done that driver.”

“the worst experience i ever had,they gave delivery days and didnt show up,then said they did but i wasnt in,they didn' stick to hour time slots,then delivered somewhere else and didnt tell me where it was delivered to,i rang them to find out where it was ,they didn' ring me back to tell me,then they emailed me the next day,and told me the wrong adress they delivered it to.over all i would say don't use uk mail unless you want lots of stress in your life.totally incompetent,very poor customer services”
