Driver was over two hours late, the notification text never came and they arrived at gone 7pm at night when i was getting my little boy to bed. Awful service and would never want to receive a parcel from them again!

Usually good but our last parcel came back totally destroyed and half of the contents missing as the box had been left to get so wet it fell apart. Shame...

The delivery time wasn't convenient, so I changed the delivery day online a d it was supposed to come the next day, but it was still delivered on the original day when I was out. It was a very large box containing a fragile fish tank and it was left by the wheelie bins as nobody was in. When we opened it, the fish tank was smahed

The tracker stated parcel would be received 28/01/2016 between 16:59 and 17:59, it was actually delivered on 26/01/2016 at some point during the day and left in the porch. I still got my parcel, but definitely needs more accuracy on the tracker!

I would like to apologise on behalf of ipostparcels for the below standard level of service on this occasion.

Pro:Good time management. Con: Box arrived in poor condition, crushed with the lid partly open as a result. Having spoken with the seller of the items within the package, an item that was packed was not in the box when it was unpacked and therefore must have fallen out. The Seller will now resend a replacement at an additional cost to themselves. This is unfair and the fault of the courier company.

Driver dumped parcel on doorstep and was back in his van before my partner got to the door. Wasn't bothered whether parcel was collected yet I received a text to say it had been signed for which was totally untrue. Also, this email was not sent to the correct name. I'm not Gibson!

I received notification of delivery between 17.05 and 18.05 by e-mail. Delivery made at approximately 15.40 instead. I had requested a "you're next" delivery notification which I received at around 17:15 and a "left in the porch" delivery notification at 17:25 for a delivery that had actually happened at 15:40 (which wasn't left in the porch). Luckily I was in when delivery was made so no actual harm done. My conclusion is either your systems don't work properly or your drivers are trying to finish early and not telling you.

Parcel left on doorstep when no one was in. Lucky it wasn't stolen. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Not sure whether your service was down to you or the supplier got my part late it should have been delivered for Monday morning so service was rubbish far as I'm concerned

Notification of delivery made on day of delivery, not when it was picked up from the supplier. It was only by chance I was in to receive it. The parcel was left in an insecure place and could easily have been stolen. it could have been better hidden.

Driver delivered to the wrong address!!! delivered to 9 Aspen Close instead of 9 Alpine Road!!! To deliver to this address he would have driven down a clearly named road off of Alpine Road!! Phoned 3 times to see where the parcel was with no return phone call, the person that lives at 9 Aspen close actually brought the parcel to my address, wasn't ipost who found it. The parcel contained over £900 of car parts with a mechanic booked for the following day to fit I feel that this is an extreamly poor service and will not recommend or use again. Delivery drivers need to be able to read addresses from parcel, follow direction on sat navs and more importantly read road signs!!!!

knock, left round side of door in wet! if i had not got to door before driver gone no telling what damage done as i wouldn't of looked there! wouldn't advise others to use you

The parcel had yet to be delivered. Delivery note says it was attempted at 05h51 in the morning - what postal service does so at such an anti-social hour? Also, the system says it is being re-attempted, but there was no note put through the door. Overall, a poor performance so far. Could do much better with your communications and processes.

I was told by email that my parcel would arrive between 5 and 6 p.m. It actually turned up at 3 p.m., i.e. 2 hours earlier. Fortunately I was in at that time ... but that sort of thing could cause problems for other people.

Eight days to deliver a '72 hour' service. No thanks. A scheme where I have to present a signed form for the driver to authorise 'just leave it in the porch'?! Parcel had come apart, whether mis packed or badly handled, was re-wrapped using parcel tape labelled TNT. Where have I heard that name before?
