Not a good service. We had the advice that parcel was to be delivered on that same day. We were not due back from Cornwall until next day evening which meant parcel in porch overnight. Fortunately it was not interfered with. Suggest driver leaves parcel with neighbour next time.

I just wanted a normal delivery without any hitches, that is what happened What I don't need are silly messages / emails and all the other things that don't allow my item to be delivered. I have paid for the item IT BELONGS TO ME !!!!!!!!!!.......................I REPEAT...........................IT BELONGS TO ME!!!!!!!!!! and I would have expected it to be delivered TO ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Without fuss bother or any kind of ado because as soon as I have paid for it it belongs to me DONE DONE DONE so if sent via your company as I have paid for postage I should receive it Thanks L.H.Breckon

Item was delivered smashed. It was in bubble-wrap and then in a stout cardboard box. If it had been handled with care, it should have survived. Only reason I'm not giving Very Poor rating, is that sender could have used a little more bubble-wrap. Still, a poor service.

The parcel went to a different address about 200 yards away from my home. I got no notification of it being delivered. Maybe a phone call would have helped. Thanks

The parcel was left with the post room. When I collected it, although it looked fine on the outside, as soon as I picked it up I could hear that the contents were broken. In fairness it should have been packed a little better, however this had all the signs of being mis-handled despite the senders "please handle with care" written on it. The damage was so extensive that it certainly was NOT handled with any care. So I am sad to say I was not impressed at all.

Whether this happend At the parcel company or what but the parcel looked like it had been kicked around a football field and I have contacted eBay and told theM I am not accepting the parcel. The box the item came in was unacceptable.

The parcel was late so I checked my email which informed me the parcel "had been delivered and signed for by someone called Mike' ? I called the head office to complain and was told to wait for them to speak to the delivery man. After waiting 2hrs they called back saying he wasn't answering his phone so I would have to continue to wait for them to get back to me. The call was taken by my son so I called them and asked to speak to the manager but he refused to come to the phone. I told them I was going to report my parcel as stolen to the Police. Then surprise, surprise a white transits van turns up with the parcel.!!!!!! The driver proceeded to lie about where the parcel had been and why he had not delivered it to the right address. If as he had said he had delivered it to "Mike the mechanic. On the corner of my road, "who does not exist ' how could it still be in his van. I think he was going to steal it. Will never use again they are not trustworthy .

Hopeless. The driver attempted delivery to a different property in a different postcode. In fairness this wouldn't be the first time this has happened as the name of the house is the same as is the road but the people at the property told the driver it was not them and gave precise instructions where to find me (a whole 100 yards away). Despite this he left it with someone else. It was signed with my first name but a surname of WtT - so- wrong address, wrong postcode, no permission to leave with someone else but they did anyway and in any case who has a surname WtT which of course is NOTHING like mine?! As a result this EXPENSIVE item was lost - none of my neighbours have seen it and most importantly a birthday present for my son ruined. Luckily Amazon re-ordered FOC but if you're thinking of using these jokers directly, in a word DON'T

Whilst the delivery was on time and the delivery man was very jolly he delivered the wrong package which was covered in a gooey sticky substance which covered my shirt on contact, rendering the shirt unwearable and thus I had to dispose of it . He got the right package after I called him back. The back of his van I suggest needs a jolly good clean out ! I am sorry to have to give this poor response to the otherwise faultless delivery , I have always had a very good service prior to this event !

I am very dissapointed with the service from ipost and i certainly would not be using them again. I booked a collection and delivery service. 2 parcels were picked up but only 1 was delivered to me. I cannot contact them by phone so i sent an email. I haven't had a response from them. Very unprofessional. If you don't have a contact phone number. You should be responding to emails asap.

I was at home all day and the driver did not knock on our door. Instead, he signed it 'porch' and left it outside. I only found out when I checked the parcel tracking page for updates and saw that it had already been delivered... Not impressed.

There is a sign on my gate that says PLEASE CLOSE THE GATE - LOOSE DOGS. My dogs were loose and went to investigate the van. So the driver thought he would just drive down my drive and leave the gate open. My dogs got out and went to visit the caravan park next door. There is a very busy main road there. My dogs, including the mother of 10-day-old puppies, could very easily have been killed!!!!! At the time I was in plain sight in the garden. If he had hooted I would have come up to the gate or got the dogs inside.

Left a ticket at the door with nothing on it. I tried to redirect for next day delivery but nothing happened. Now going to find out where the parcel is and try and get it. Truly useless!

Although I received an email advising that my parcel would be delivered on Thursday with a timeslot I did not see the email until I returned from a day out. When I got home a neighbour brought my parcel over to me and advised it had just been left under my outside doormat. he had seen it there and it was quite likely, if he saw it, that other passers by would also see it and possibly steal it. In such instances it would surely be better to leave any parcels with a neighbour and put a note through the door.
