Parcel was due to be delivered june 4th, but never arrived. Only arrived june 9th after the sender chased on june 8th

The (expensive, hand-made item) parcel was left behind a wheelie bin on recycling day. Had the parcel been removed along with the recycling, we would not have been able to replace the contents. Luckily Jenny went home early and saw it before the recycling was collected. We appreciate the fact that the driver left the parcel to avoid inconveniencing us, and luckily the parcel was fine.

Was told to expect delivery between 1 and 2oclock was told was running late but received parcel at 8/40 had half day off for nothing

As we were away from home for a few days the fact that the courier left the package outside, although tucked away, was not appreciated since damage could have been caused by rainfall.

What do I have to do to get a reponse from this company??????????? Email after email after email and review after review. Automatically generated text messages saying that they will be in touch shortly and shortly NEVER happens. Totally infuriating. TOTAL NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mark Sherwood

I had left a note on my order for the parcel to be left in a box at the back of my house if I was not in. However I received notification my delivery would be 1st June however it did not arrive un til today my (2nd) and it had been left out in the rain by my front door. Luckily the contents were not damaged but the box had been out in the rain for some time.

Hi, Firstly you are lucky that these drivers work for you. All the drivers that have delivered to my address have been polite, and professional. However, I must say quite clearly that this delivery should have been made on Wednesday 27th May and not 1st of June. I have incurred additional cost purchasing an alternative product for a job as the delivery was late. When I need a timely delivery I will not be relying on your service in the future.

Steer clear: two apparent failed attempts to deliver. Both drivers saying no access, absolute rubbish. Was also told by advisor on phone that the hour timeslots are estimation only so it was perfectly fine that my 1130-1230 may not come till 430. How convenient for ukmail that the tracking failed at 1220. In the end I had to collect from the depot as can't trust their lying delivery drivers.

Your driver is lying as the parcel has not been delivered but has been lost. I only found out when I rang your customer care phone line to find out what is going on.

Failed to deliver the parcel on 4 occasions as said they could not find the address and did not have the phone number despite sending numerous text messages and phone calls eventually had to drive 120 miles to collect it. Customers services are appalling wount phone you back wount have a manager call despite repeated requests, and told me to collect it myself. Would not recommend or use again. PS I am still waiting for them to phone a week later. So much for same day

Totally disgusted by appalling service. Collection 2 weeks late despite having text to say they were collecting on 2 occasions. Claimed to have attempted delivery which was total lies as was in all day. No phone contact and email just does not receive replies. Totally cowboys that do not deserve the business and not worth the headaches involved. Ended up costing me a fortune in lost hires. Need I say more?

worst delivery service i ever deal with , delay to pick up my order then 3 days delay to deliver it back to me , no phone number to contact the company they don't gave a dam if you email not even answer you back , i wish i could rate them less then zero but i cant , a big zero to this company, i am a on-line seller i always use others company's and never complain , this was my first and last time to use this service , over priced zero service ,

The driver knocked on front door and left the parcel on the doorstep. By the time I opened the door he was almost out of sight. I guess he did what he was supposed to do but it is hard to justify a better than average score.

Driver delivered the box, didn't ask for a signature, and made a quick exit to his van. I looked at the box, saw the FRAGILE stickers and noticed that the box was VERY BADLY DAMAGED. No wonder the driver was making a fast exit. I had to call him back to complain at which point he produced a clipboard with a list of deliveries and slots where each delivery should have been signed for. I noted the condition of the DAMAGED box and signed for it. If I had been a little slower off the mark the driver would have been off and I would have been left with a DAMGED delivery and no recourse to complain. VERY POOR SERVICE.

My parcel was left on the doorstep, which is fine as it's a fairly safe secluded area. However, it contained a glass dressing table set, the tray of which was smashed to pieces. The parcel had been very well wrapped by the sender and marked 'fragile'. The box had a slit in one side which looked like it had been stabbed by something.

The delivery I should've received yesterday still hasn't arrived so the driver never actually made it to the address that you're saying he has???????

i asked the seller to inform you that you need to give me a call one hour before the delivery but nobody did that.I dont know to be honest if it was your mistake or the seller forgot to tell you but in any case likely i was home
