One of the worst COurier companies around, no sorry I mean The Worst. Not only did they take ages to collect my parcel from the vendor, but they just dumped it at my door and stated that they got a signature, which is a fraudulent statement, It was Sunday 13/01/2015 morning 0934 so stated on thier online confirmation form of dlivery , kindly provided by the vendor (emailed to me). However my mother was at home , the door bell works, the hand bell works and so does the door knocker, she was having her breakfast and no sound what so ever. I arrived home at 1000 to find the parcel on the door step , with a shocked mother to think someone walked down the drive and didnt make any attempt to make themselves known, dumped parcel and left. This is one courier company that will not be getting my recomendation to any one . Thanks Mike Darragh Parting Company

Parcel was left on the front step in full view of the street in the rain. Luckily it was of low value and could not be damaged by the water. Still, I would worry that you may treat a high value technology parcel the same way.

Very poor. We requested and paid extra for an AM delivery of an urgent item required for a trade fair. The item eventually turned up after 5PM when the office was closed and it was too late to take this up to the fair. Would not use again.

when parcel came it had been crushed and smashed on 1 side, laptop inside had a crack in the side and scratched despite being wrapped in its foam case covered in bubble wrap, would not recommend unless item is undamagable

Terrible service, sent my item when customer received it the box was extremely damaged , looks as if someone jumped up and down on it, ripped apart and squashed. Then when I come to try make a claim for the damaged item they take 2 weeks to respond then say that 'due to the nature of the item being a breakable item we do not accept liability' and so they say even though I took out insurance on my item I am unable to claim but I would class any parcel I send to be fragile, I wouldn't class it as a breakable item but if they are going to treat parcels with such a lack of care any item inside would end up damaged, I am not pursuing legal action against them, AVOID!!!

Avoid! Dreadful service, they never collected my parcel, they don't answer to emails and when you eventually get them on the phone, they say that the courier is on its way

The iPost Parcels website did not function correctly when I used it. Entering the consignment number and post code didn't reveal any information on my delivery. The webpage just reloaded with no error message or anything. Frustrating. I was able to get some details later, but that was it, there were no useful details available. Just a simple 'Delayed' entered in the notes. I had no clue as to when my parcel was expected. The driver was late as per the automated SMS I received to advise me of the delivery time too.

Booked a collection 4 days in advance and paid extra so that the parcel is collected before 13:00 on a Thursday for next day delivery. On the day I was sent text messages and emails confirming the collection time and ... but not only they did not show up before 1:00 PM they didn't collect the package on the day and showed up next day! I needed the parcel for the weekend but it was delivered on Monday after. Is this a good service? I don't think so.

Next day delivery paid for on perishable items. The parcel was collected a day late and delivered three days after that - resulting in thoroughly perished goods.

If you like being lied to, ignored and no way to contact the company if your parcel gets lost or not picked up use these

Very poor communication . All emails send automated reply (which is a no reply email) stating they are dealing with query/ complaint. I have sent 20 plus emails, phone calls and a written letter regarding an undelivered parcel , but have had no communication from them. If anyone knows how I can claim money back I would appreciate it.

ipost Parcels were due to deliver cornish pasties to my parents' address last Tuesday - the parcel turned up two days later thrown against the door. Pasties had to be thrown. Appalling service which reflected badly on the company who had sent them!

I am in the industry and although the service is hit and miss the total lack of communication is their biggest down fall, my company spends more than £2000 a week sending shipments through UKmail, the time deliveries are a joke, their "1 hour" time slots are abysmal, and to make matters worse they make joking remarks on the website say "oops we seem to be running late" get your act together or you will be the next City Link

After doing a visit to a newly built retail store I drove home with the keys in my pocket. Uk Mail said they could have them there next day buy 9am which was a Saturday it was so important they got to the destination as it was the Grand Opening. I called Saturday morning 8am to make sure they was on route to be told the parcel (key) will be there Monday. I said it's not good enough I need to come and collect those keys and make the delivery some 240mile round trip myself "sorry sir" we don't know where your parcel is. Absolutely Fuming to top it all off its a premium rate number you costing God knows what to be on the phone for 15mins while they try and locate the parcel. Sorry sir we can't find your parcel we will call once it's been located. DONT DO IT USE ROYAL MAIL

I ordered Monday afternoon. The item was advertised with 24 hour delivery and stated delivery by Wednesday (I guessed inclusive as would have been unrealistic for Tuesday). I got notification the item was dispatched first thing Tuesday with estimate for Wednesday as expected, and so I worked at home on Wednesday expecting the order but it didn't arrive. Then I worked from home again Thursday and it arrived in the afternoon but not to my house. I discovered after 2 attempts and 20 mins waiting in support queues on the phone, that it got delivered down the road (the sellers fault as missed a digit off my house number). However the package was left outside the front door as the house owner was out. Not so good on a relatively expensive product (over £300) so quite a risk, but thankfully all was ok.
