Very very poor. Claimed they had tried to collect a parcel when they hadn't. Claimed they had tried to deliver the same parcel when they hadn't.Attempts to telephone them are a waste of time and money, they keep you hanging on for several minutes and then cut you off. Do not use, there are loads of cheaper and more reliable couriers around.

My parcel was posted next day delivery, I didn't receive this until a week and a half later, when the seller contacted you, you didn't have a reason for this and reassured her it would be out first thing Monday morning this wasn't the case, again was late and was finally delivered on Tuesday ...

The driver clearly didn't attempt delivery three times in a row, my customer kept contact with me the whole time to inform me about the status of the consignment. I find ipostparcels quite difficult to use sometimes. if there is a problem it can take days to get a response from customer services and when they do you need to answer stock questions that take a day to respond to, questions like can you confirm the address? etc, it annoys me, I'm not stupid i am able to check details quite effectively and do before every booking, . If you are sending stuff privately then go right ahead but for business use i would say use another courier as the sense of urgency with ipost isn't the best.

Only used a few time and they're really very good but this time they have damaged my item and getting in touch with them is proving quite hard, no phone numbers and after a day no reply to email :( I have took out extended cover but I'm starting to think I wont be seeing my money back

Not happy bunny as the package left my parents ok but arrived damaged having clearly been dropped despite fragile handle with care tape all over it

Firstly I would like point out I did not request or want you to deliver a parcel if there was no answer and to leave it behind a bin which has access to any public members who can help themselves to a nice new parcel,more importantly I do not like a company who do not take care with parcels because upon opening this parcel four of the glass bottles were completly shattered and cracked and not suitable for anything,now if you think that is good service then clearly you need to retrain into another business. I hope that makes my position clear I will never use your service for anything ever again.

I paid £1 extra for an address label to be delivered by driver collecting the parcel, but when he came the driver did not supply any label and said 'he didn't do paperwork' and left without providing the address label I'd paid for or any receipt. I hoped he was actually the bona fide collection service agent and that wouldn't be the last anyone would see of the parcel. The parcel did not arrive at destination on specified day, and when it came late, the contents were badly damaged. I have made several attempts to contact customer services to discuss, but cannot get through by phone (placed in a queue for 10 mins on 3 occasions now), and my email enquiry has still not been acknowledged. About as poor as a customer experience can you can ever get!!. If I Post Parcels are reading this, perhaps they could kindly get in touch!!.

Was out for delivery in Saturday Called to find out what happened when tracking out for a 2nd attempt Told driver said can't gain entry On his way left him voicemail with contact details Turned Monday Told me he had a logistic issue and could fit 3000 parcels in his van Useless service Driver is a liar and a moron Will never use service again

Paid for next day and it took 4 days to come. Paid £60 for gazebo I needed Sunday and now have something I can't use as to late, had to pay out f

I got the pick up address wrong by one building, but the pick up never called the number which was right they just said not open. Communicating with ipost who for some reason don't like phones is frustrating to say the least. My good were picked up 3 days late and delivered 4 days late so a week passed and I booked next day...enough said.

APPALING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! I SPENT OVER £80 TO HAVE JUST 20 SMALL PACKETS DELIVERED BY UKMAIL/ IPOSTPARCELS, AND WHEN THE DRIVER COLLECTED MY PARCELS AND SCANNED THEM, HE THE JUST PROCEEDED TO JUST THROW THEM ONTO THE ROUGH PAVEMENT OUTSIDE, I HAD TO KEEP GOING UPSTAIRS TO HAND HAND THE REST DOWN TO HIM AND WHEN I COME DOWN AGAIN I NOW SEE THAT ONE OF MY VERY WELL SEALED NEW BUBBLE WRAP PACKETS HAS BURST OPEN SENDING THE CONTENTS FLYING EVRYWHERE !!!! I THEN HAD TO GO AND RE-PACK THE PACKAGE, AND WHEN I COME DOWN I NOW SEE THAT ALL MY NEW PACKETS HAVE TEARS AND MINOR HOLES IN!! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! I CONTACTED IPOSTPARCELS ABOUT IT 3 DAYS IN A ROW NOW AND THEY HAVE DELAYED PACKAGES OF MINE SO I KNOW THERE ARE SOME VERY DAMAGED ONES AND I KNOW THAT THEY ALSO KNOW, BUT NOW THEY ARE WITHHOLDING THE INFORMATION FROM ME !ON THE PACKETS BECAUSE IVE ASKED FOR REFUNDS IF THEYRE TOO BADLY DAMAGED. [!! AND THEY HAVE NO CONATCT PHONE SO YOU HAVE TO WASTE TIME FILLING OUT NUMEROUS FORMS TO CONACT THEM AND THEN THEY DONT EVEN GET BACK TO YOU AND REPLY THEY HAVE BEEN OF NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!] AND THIS IS ESPECIALLY BAD BECAUSE I HAVE SOLD THESE PRODUCTS ON EBAY, SO I NOW HAVE TO TRY AND EXPLAIN TO PEOPLE WHY THIER STUFF HASNT ARRIVED, AND ALSO I DONT WANT IPOSTPARCELS TO SEND ANY DAMAGED PACKETS AS THIS WILL BE REFLECTED ON ME BY MY EBAY CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL LEAVE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT ANY BAD PACKAGING OR LATENESS, BUT STILL I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM THEM, THEY ARE USELESS!!! [WITHOUT DOUBT PROBBABLY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED, VERY UN ACEPTABLE!!!]

better comunication on delivery dates would be good, I was being told delivery detween the 1st and the 5th Aug the package arrived 30th July ? it had to be taken in by my next door neighbor.

I have not received a parcel. It was supposed to be delivered to 65 tickfield avenue. Southend on sea and my daughter in law says it hasn't arrived. Can you confirm the address sent as I am away in holiday in France.

I waited in home all day for my parcel and checked the delivery slot online only to be told that at first it was delayed and then put out for delivery the following day,yet the parcel should have been delivered within 24 hours. I subsequently called UK Mail and they said the driver attempted delivery but the house was inaccessible and he left a card (total and utter rubbish) This was a total inconvenience to me and I had to book an extra day off work...AVOID!
