Notified by email/txt my delivery would be between 12.35 and 13.35. Calling after 13.35 i was told that a new scanner was being used and caused a fault resulting in wrong notification times being sent out. Parcel delivery other than that went smoothly.

I have not received the parcel,. The first that I knew anything about this parcel is when I received and E-Mail asking me to come here and write a review. I have asked the householders at the bottom of our drive if they had accepted any parcels addressed to me. They informed me that the delivery driver was given clear directions at the their house at the bottom of the drive yesterday. But I have not been able to locate the parcel, or anything informing me that a delivery attempt has been made.

Very poor, my delivery was 4 days late, the communication getting back to me was dier and overallwas a very poor performance and i will never be using you again.

Booked on Wednesday. The driver was supposed to pick up the parcel on Thursday for next day delivery, which cost nearly £20 for a 10kg parcel. Never turned up. Picked up on Friday. I needed this for Saturday to give as a gift, but it was not delivered till the following Monday. Upon opening the package, many of the chess pieces had been broken. It was a heavy parcel and had obviously bee thrown about. Thumbs Down!!

Incredibly nice delivery guy, however that's the only good point. Paid for next day delivery on a Thursday, although was advised it might be delivered Saturday as it was quite late. Fair enough. Bit it arrived Monday - not good enough. VERY annoying that there was no phone number online to call someone on Saturday. Very disappointed.

Parcel requested to be sent and returned on a 24 hr service for a large newel post. Parcel left YO51 9LS at approx 11.00 a.m on 10th June 2014 and did not get to YO41 1HS until 5.30 p.m on the 11th June. Parcel was collected from YO41 1HS on 12th June in morning but did not arrive at YO51 9LS until 5.30 p.m on 13th June, which meant we were not able to complete the job for our client that day. We understood that 24 hours was from time of collection.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR ITEMS I have just returned from holiday today and called at my office to collect the delivery ipost parcels made last Wednesday 11th June 14 upon opening the parcel (a speaker cabinet) I find that it has was very badly broken (looks like it has been dropped) it was well wrapped in bubble wrap and also marked as fragile, the cabinet is broken and cracked also a volume control knob has been broken off. I am a very unhappy customer. Andrew Thacker.

Very poor service charged me twice but did not refund,no phone number to contact them only via email which they don't answer and the driver failed to collect my parcel which lost me a vauable customer beware of this cowboy outfit will never use again

Parcel was down for delivery on Friday. It did not arrive, nothing on website, phoned, told system down, could I phone back, did so but phone not answered - 5pm. Checked website Saturday, nothing changed, stayed in just in case there was a delivery. Ditto Monday. Tues morning contacted the sender and explained situation, they came straight back to say there had been a system error on this delivery and the local depot were not aware of the parcel being in their location. Delivered next day; texted with delivery time. Delivery man was lovely, said he kept scanning the parcel but it came up 'not for delivery'. So, not all bad, just a shame about the mix-up.

This is a poor quality service. I have given one star because my parcel was eventually delivered at the fourth attempt. On the first two attempts I was notified by email of an intended delivery after the attempt was made and on the third occassion an attempt was made to without any communication whatsoever. No card notifying me of the attempted delivery was ever left and the two emails I received simply told me when the delivery was to be made, which had already passed, there was no reference or contact point or even a means for me to identify the sender. In common with most people I cannot wait around on the off chance that a delivery may be made and some form of notice is therefore required. Ipost parcels provide the worst service I have ever encountered. The advances in communication commonly used by other delivery services seem to have entirely been overlooked by this organisation.

Despite the parcel having many prominent Fragile stickers all over it, it was thrown over a high gate with concrete either side and consequently the contents (glass bottles) smashed and were ruined. This was a present and the dispatching company could not resend the delivery in time, therefore I am extremely disappointed and dismayed that your delivery drivers can be so careless.

Don't ever use these people. I booked a next day 8 am - 6pm pick up. No one came. Three emails later two of which cancelling the pick up as it is now too late and I have had to make alternate arrangements, I have been told they will pick the parcel up between 23.38 and 00.38 ( are they mad). 36 hours late and they offer that time! Can you contact them- NO. A totally rubbish service and I'm concerned I won't get my money back.

I found it very easy to book my collection however I paid for my parcel to be collected before 1pm ,it was collected 45 minutes late which is unacceptable. The driver was rude and unapologetic and the person who the parcel was coming from wasn't impressed. I also requested an SMS to let me no when the parcel would arrive yet no text. I tried to contact you and im still awaiting your reply. Overall the service is poor, expensive as I've paid for things I've not received and im not confident that you could do any better in the future. I wont recommend to others.

Item requested to be sent next day delivery (at extra cost) which would have been a Thursday was not delivered until the Monday. Item was needed at the weekend but non-delivery meant that I could not complete the job. Disappointing service.

Parcels not collected during designated time slot. Three hours late collecting and because house owner upstairs at time collection missed. This meant picked up next day and not delivered on Friday as promised. Delivered on Monday which meant house owner had to take time off work to wait for delivery. Not a fast or reliable service as advertised on web site. Would not use again. I wonder how many people get to read this review!

I paid to have next day delivery by 1pm, so package should have been delivered last Friday by 1pm. The package was not delivered until Monday afternoon. I never received any notice from you, either, that the package was late.

Driver signed for my parcel himself...dont know where it was left but no one was in...I was at work when I supposedly signed and of course Signature isnt mine

Driver thrown my package over my side gate of my house, without permission. The package clearly stated not to be left outside. It rained all day. And to make it worse my dog tore the package apart and ate the contents. Which was specially design chocolate favours for my wedding, that is in 10 days time.(it took the guts of a month to make). My dog is now at the vets ,extremely sick as a result.
