You were late collecting. It was just before Bank holiday in August and the item was required specifically for that particularly weekend as a winning gift for a raffle during that weekend. You DID NOT collect on the day that I had booked and there was no notification from you or any apology. Because it was the Bank Holiday weekend, you collected a day late and it didn't get delivered to me until AFTER the Bank Holiday weekend on the Tuesday, so it was too late for the purpose it was bought. I did mail you to tell you this but you didn't even reply. All of this "mailing service only" may be convenient for you as a company, but it is extremely inconvenient for us as customers. Having a phone number to ring is much more reliable. Your service may be cheap, but I paid for that cheapness in other ways and am now out of pocket

40328681693782 My Silver Cross pram worth £180 second hand sold to an ebayer was broken on delivery. I have photos before and after the delivery and the package had been severely crushed. I refunded the ebayer and had the pram returned to me using a more reliable courier. I would avoid Ipostparcels at all cost. The pram was robust and must have been treated very poorly during the delivery process. I believe ipostparcels may have driven over it as the pram frame was completely broken and can't be fixed. Don't use this company you will regret it! E Amos

I was Very Very Very disappointed with your driver because he was Very Very Very rude to me for No reason at all and when I asked him why he was behaving like that he said because he was too busy . You made a mistake and wrote a wrong address on the parcel and to my surprise he took that on me . I wish you would train your drivers good customer services before you lose customers like me .

I arrived home to find no sign of my parcel & no note. I checked the website and said it had been delivered and signed for by someone called 'Joey'. I have no idea who Joey is. I spoke to the other flats in my building and no one had signed for anything. I then had to knock on my neighbors on either side, flats and businesses who I have never spoken to. Eventually, after many door knocks, I found Joey and my parcel. It may be OK in the countryside to deliver parcels to neighbours, but in central London where nobody knows anybody, the receiver should be asked first if this is ok & if they have a preferred neighbour to deliver it to. Or at the very least, leave me a note and tell me where it has actually been delivered to! My parcel was worth over £100 and I may have never seen it again... Not a good service.

Very poor service, waited for delivery at scheduled time, failed to deliver, no notification and had to pick up parcel myself following day miles away at delivery centre or wait a further 3 days for the item. Then told it had been delivered successfully! You cannot speak to anyone regarding your delivery and when you email you are limited to characters. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I was given no contact for you guys when I ordered my item from eBay to say I would not be in the day it arrived. However - and with respect as I understand sorting out re-delivery of an item must be frustrating or dropping it off at a depot - But an item I ordered from eBay - a 160 pound speaker - was left outside my door with nothing but my rather large and obvious green recycling bin over it. And it was raining. Needless to say the package was damp inside and out and could very easily have been stolen in my area. I don't really consider this appropriate delivery whilst it meant I could receive it that day. The item could very easily have been damaged and I'm unsure as I have not tested it yet. It could have been left with a neighbour or another outlet like a depot surely? Don't mean to sound moany. But if the item is damaged its contradictory to the delivery that day!

Not impressed, we were not available so the driver saw fit to drop the large cardboard box on the door step. My wife could not lift it to gain entry ( the weather was poor) i have a large garage next to the house with an exterior staircase . This large box could have and like all other deliveries are , should have been left under the stairs to save the contents from the rain . i feel it was very poor to leave a large box in full view and causing a hazard to gain entry.

On opening the item that had been delivered it was clear that the item had been badly damaged in transit. It was well packaged, bubble wrap, foam balls etc but as soon as I lifted it out the box, a sharp piece of plastic was sticking through the bubble wrap. On closer inspection of the item it has suffered a lot of damage to one corner. So bad so that the item does not even operate when switched on. I have contacted the person that sent me the item and I believe they have contacted you. This service is unacceptable. This is an expensive item that had been well packaged and is now unusable and in need of repair. Can someone please contact me ASAP. Thank you

Hm let's see! The driver went to the wrong door (we have a house at the front, and a house door at the side, 2 separate houses, with the numbers visible on each door!) I saw the van pull up, he went to the neighbours door and not mine, he didn't even think to put a card through the door to say that it had been left at a neighbours house! If I wasn't in, then I would not have known if the delivery had been made or not! To top it off, I went straight to my neighbours door, which I knew was my parcel, as I was tracking the drivers drop offs, only then after turning his van around, he pulled up and said that it was at the neighbours...sorry but this is very poor service! It's called opening your EYES are seeing the CORRECT house number!

Terrible. I was told that the parcel would be delivered on the Saturday by the supplier and it wasn't delivered until the following Tuesday. On returning home from work I found the parcel hanging from the letterbox on the outside of the door for all to see. There was obviously no consideration to the goods or the announcement that my house was empty all day.

My parcel was paid for & booked to be delivered on Friday 11th of September but didn't arrive until yesterday (Tuesday 15th September) Online the time of arrival (for 15th) was between 1.45-2.45, which it did arrive at 1.45 as stated. I was pleased it had arrived on time & that I wasn't waiting around. If it had arrived on the Friday I would of rated a higher overall rating. This is the first time I have used this service.

The driver delivered my package to the house next door. Both numbers on our houses are clearly visible but he obviously didn't take any notice. Luckily I have nice neighbours who brought the very bulky item round to my house.
