NEVER USE!! I paid extra for a collection time slot and for a delivery time slot - both of these were missed... by 4 days! The tracking said it had been collected - however it hadn't; I then cancelled the order as the customer service was uselss, yet they still collected it - obviously their system does not work. When I did contact to ask where my parcel was and when it was to be delivered they didnt even know they had it - I eventually received my package (damaged) 4 days later. No refund or apolagy. Awefull service!!

If I had to rely on your services, I still wouldn't have my parcel. I received an email 10 prior to the start time period of my parcel arrival. The day after, I still hadn't received my item, so I went to my email & tried to track it. You website is actually really pathetic. After a frustrating 1 & 1/2 hrs I decided to leave it. When I went out later that night I actually saw my parcel in a neighbours house, that we don't actually speak to. So I knocked & asked for it, & was told there was no parcel. I asked what the one in there window was, with my name and address on it, then it was handed to me. In actual fact the parcel was delivered to someone else & the calling card was posted to the neighbours that had picked it up. My correct name & address was stated clearly! Totally incompetent! That's how I describe ipost

This parcel was dispatched by the supplier on the 16th June and it is now the end of July where has this parcel been sat for a month and why is it being delivered a month and a half later? Feedback from your side would be greatly appreciated.

I have been regularly sending 4-5 record players a week via Ipost but in past 6 weeks they have managed to cause damage to at least 5 of them, These are all well packed inside and out using large double wall boxes, This has cost me about £900 in the last 6 weeks in returns and postage One customer who returned one record player to me saw the driver throw it into his van. All my parcels are marked fragile I suppose this does not means anything to Ipost staff. A few weeks ago I did message Ipost with my concerns using there Contact form on there webpage but no one at Ipost has even bothered to respond to this. I think I will have to go to court to take a small claims action against them. IF THE QUESTION IS "DO I RECOMMEND IPOSTPARCELS" THEN THE ANSWER IS NO!!!!!!! i THINK ITS TO SAY GOOD BYE TO IPOST & HELLO UPS

Was sent next day delivery on Thursday. Waited all day Friday for it and nothing. Turns out it was at the depot but had not been loaded for delivery. Would not deliver on Saturday (as it wasn't a Saturday delivery) so had to go and get it. Asked to fill in a complaint at the depot, told it wasn't possible and to call to call customer services....

Got an email saying a parcel would be delivered between X and Y - a one hour time slot. Total no show. No delivery the next day either. No information about the parcel either so could not even track back to the sender. All in all, "not a happy bunny"

Paid extra for am service, did not turn up till mid afternoon. No able to contact them via telephone (email only) they did pay back AM surcharge.

Stolen my parcel, and lying stating its been held up, but wont give me a reason why its being held up, DON'T use the supply parcel label, as it will not happen! and customer service is shocking slow! 4 hours for a reply!

One of your drivers never delivered my parcel! I find it disgusting that your asking for feed back when you don't even have the common curtesy to explain why my parcel still has not been delivered. No note was left and I am still without my parcel. I think at the very least a call to explain what has happened might have followed but no you send a feed back link? I am giving you 24 hours to deliver my parcel otherwise I am reporting it as theft to the police as quite clearly you have stated it was delivered by your driver!

Am affaid it's a thumbs down. Parcel that was meant to have been with me on the 23th July took a week! Only due to me emailing every day. To later find out that you had been making contact at the wrong collection address. In the end the sender kindly went out if his way and took the parcel to the nearest depot. Parcel arrived yesterday wasn't left on my porch as requested !! But left on my pathway. Part refund has been mentioned but not seen as yet.

The delivery was fast. However we left a note asking for the parcel to be put at the back of the house and this was ignored and the parcel left in full view , at the front of the house.

I ordered a fragile item and although it had been packaged exceptionally well by the retailer it arrived broken and unusable. I am not very happy.
