It is not my problem that your sat nav cannot correctly locate my postcode. Failing to deliver even though you are in a different village than that on the addressed label on the package indicates a lack of commitment from your driver. After being unresolved by several emails and after being held in an income generating 0845 telephone queue (either make this a free phone OR employ more staff in your response centre) the parcel was finally delivered 5 days after it should have been.

No update about my order all day wasted waiting. Around 7pm a man ring in my door just asking my name no even check ID or asking for signature looks like everybody could collect my order.

Parcel was an hour later than the text said it would be, which happened to be in the middle of the day meaning I couldn't leave the house for hours and when it did arrive he went to next door instead of my address.

Good service, only concern is that the parcel is not signed for and I believe this could be risky if delivered to the wrong address.

My parcel had an address in Aston Birmingham but a postcode for my home address in Erdington not sure why but it did, the first parcel was delivered to someone in my street who brought it up to us the 2nd parcel a few days later was delivered again to someone in my street, when I called trying to find it they said the driver had left it with no 19 so I had to go and find it, no one said they had it but it turned up later that evening, what I think is the address was clearly marked Thorns Group 19-21 Portland Street Aston Birmingham so the driver should of either took it back to the depot or put an address in a sat nav and found it that way.

Terrible service, would certainly not recommend anyone uses iPostParcels (i.e. UKMail) if they want their parcel to arrive in a timely fashion! My delivery was due to arrive on Wednesday, it failed to turn up so went online to check and it said that I had requested a "rearranged" delivery for the following Monday - this is a blatant lie! Absolute rubbish; had no contact whatsoever and as I desperately needed the goods for the weekend I certainly would not have requested a delivery on the following Monday. My supplier contacted iPostParcels (i.e. UKMail) on Friday and requested that they deliver the goods on Saturday - to my home rather than work - but they failed to do this also. Crap company. Crap customer service. Crap delivery service. Needless to say, no offer of compensation either!

The parcel did arrive as per the text sent to me. It was left with a neighbour. Unfortunately no delivery card was put through my door advising me of this and when concerned, I checked the delivery status online it said it was signed for for a member of my family which was impossible as nobody was at home. After searching the house and garden my neighbour eventually arrived home and gave the parcel to me. Notification card next time please!

Actually I'm quite disappointed with your delivery service. My parcel contained 5L of fluid in a factory-sealed plastic can which was substantially packed by the selling mail-order company in a large box with padding all round, yet at some point in its journey the box had been squashed such that the fluid had started leaking out of the still sealed container, and made a mess when I opened it in my home. Needless to say, I'm not very impressed.

The driver delivered to a shop near to my office. I got no information. Next day I contacted the customer service of Dell. They contacted the driver. After one hour the driver came again and I got my parcel.

I was told it would arrive between 11.35 and 12.35. It actually arrived at about 5.30 in the afternoon after I had contacted the seller.

The courier left the small parcel on the window ledge because I was not in. Only discovered it this morning when I went to put some rubbish in the bin.

I received an email indicating delivery would be in a specific one hour slot, the parcel arrived 3 hours later (they still documented delivery having taken place in the hour slot !). This is not the first time I have experienced problems with this courier - 7 times I waited in for a delivery of a large item and 7 times they failed to show as my package toured their various warehouses around the UK (and was lost twice before being rediscovered). When it eventually arrived at an unscheduled time the package was battered.

The delivery was approximately 20 minutes late, and there was no appology or even acknowledgement of this fact. Otherwise fine.

The parcel arrived. I was given a three day window. It was delivered on the second day. What more can I say? There was no tracking info so someone had to hang around waiting!

Really disappointed. I was out when the driver called, he left a card pushed in the front door (fully visible to everyone walking past) saying he had left the parcel at number 55, 55 is my number and there was no parcel anywhere! I knocked on another couple of neighbours who didn't have the parcel. Spent 13minutes on hold to UK mail to be told the driver had taken the parcel back to the depot and it would be delivered the next day. Next morning another neighbour delivers the parcel saying it had been delivered to her the previous day! Lots of time wasted!!! Come on UK Mail, sort this out.

The promised email on the day of delivery to give a one hour slot did not arrive. Therefor I had to wait in until it arrived meaning I could not walk my dogs.
