What a pile of rubbish this company is next day delivery should of been delivered on a Tuesday fed a load of lies as to why it was not delivered and told it would be definitely Wednesday which came and went still no parcel Thursday came only to be told the package is not on the van and I will have to re arrange another day

I was advised that I would be contacted on the morning of the delivery & given a one hour time slot, this did not happen. On delivery, my bell push was activated, but before I reached the door the parcel had been left on the step & the driver gone. The parcel was clearly marked to "leave in shed". My parcel was meant to be delivered on Saturday was not delivered and no parcel was delivered yesterday as we are shut on a Monday. So thanks for the late delivery I have now lost money equating to £45 as I have had to cancell an appointment for today as I did not have the contents of my delivery which I required to do my job .. So thanks again for losing me money !!

The delivery took place at the time predicted - however I was not immediately available, so the driver left the parcel "in a secure place" - on the front doorstep in full view of the street. Had I been out, the parcel would have been at risk of theft or weather damage. Not acceptable!!

Hello, If you had a parcel for us yesterday I don't know what happened to it because it wasn't delivered to our address. I would gladly write a review but I don't know what to say in this case. We receive a number of parcels weekly through a number of couriers and are happy with them all. Please get back to me. Generally acceptable but the delivery contained on broken bottle that had soaked the bottom of the outer carton. This should have been identified before delivery.

Very poor service. Parcel was collected from the seller a day late, then arrived to us another 3 days late! When nothing arrived within the 72 hours, we tried to chase it up and were told that the parcel had "reached it's destination", so presumed it had gone to the wrong place, but got no other information than that, terrible customer service! The parcel arrived very dirty, as by that time it had been sitting in the back of a van for 10 days.

my parcel was left outside and went missing. took me a lot of time to chase it up. when i have used your service previously it was very poor. had to stay in 3 days for collection, Non existent customer service etc

Absolutely awful company with a dreadful level of customer service. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Treat me like dirt and then ask for a review!!!

Took the dumbass driver 3 attempts to find my house, never once called to ask for directions, each day I called customer services and each time my details taken with the promise of "the driver will call you etc for directions" never happened. Bad customer service and all round poor service, certainly would not use myself to courier anything.

Delivered late. No phone call ahead of time, no signature and left by the house where anyone could steal it. I am furious with this delivery service.

Driver was 30 minutes ahead of time. Fine on day, but I was out early - good job I came home early, otherwise I would not have got delivery. Not clever. Like all delivery drivers, they don't seem to understand, home owners al don't just sit right behind the door, waiting for the bell. None ever have any patience, and within 10 seconds they are heading away the parcel or writing a card. This one was no different, he had already taken steps back to the gate. Plus they bang on door, expecting an immediate response.

No notice of delivery. After chasing-up by the sender, we've learned that they left it "with a neighbour", but they can't say who or where. Going to go and knock on some doors tonight and see if anyone has it. Wouldn't have known that delivery was even attempted if I hadn't phoned the sender to query and their staff had been good at chasing UKMail. Not impressed.

Your email to me statted that you delivered a parcel yesterday. Untrue. I am expecting a delivery, but as yet it has not arrived. If the driver has left it some where, then he has not left a note
