If you employ "mutes" then maybe make your customers aware of you doing your part for the community. If its just a case of foreign non English speaking staff the teach them basic commands of how to say hello and smile!

The parcel had been left at a completely different address, and it was only due to the honesty of the person who lived at that property, that it arrived at our home yesterday. The person also handed us the note left to say it had been put into the black bin. He very honestly brought the parcel himself to our home.

A coffee machine wrapped in more polystyrene than is feasible and in two boxes arrived with a cracked water tank despite being labelled fragile

I wouldn't trust this outfit to deliver a turd to the toilet, let alone anything of value, not a happy customer.

We dispatch parcels regularly. They lost one of our parcels we had sent for a client. We had to find out from our client. They put us in an awkward position. The shipment was a standard box 35cm 5kg, which we specified when placing the order so they can estimate the cost and when they lost it they asked us to describe it to them. It took us three days to make them start looking for it because of their terrible customer service, slow email correspondence in broken English. Once they even skipped a collection! They just didn't show up to pick up the parcel.

Item to be delivered was a mirror. Clearly marked GLASS and THIS WAY UP Care was NOT TAKEN as the mirror was delivered broken!!!!! It had been very well padded and looks as if it was lying down and something heavy was dropped onto it. Not impressed!!!!!

Box not delivered to correct address, Which has consequences for us as we are under contract to return within a specifed time from receipt. Box was said to be delivere yesterday at 3.57pm but at 10.47am the next day is still not with us. This is a shame as the last time this company delivered to us was impeccable & a massive improvement on the old couirers (My Hermes).

PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED AS YET, BUT TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. LODGED COMPLAINTS BUT NO SOLUTION SO FAR... Case Number: CC3934B1 Consignment Number: 40328681788106 VERY POOR SERVICE... WILL NOT USE AGAIN

You sent an Email saying the parcel would be delivered between 14.17 and 15.17. I rushed home to get there at 13.40 and found the parcel on my doorstep.

I was emailed delivery of my parcel will be between 12.40 & 13.40. I tracked my parcel online & delivery was made at 12.38, which was untrue, my parcel was left on my door step at 17.10. , who ever delivered it did not knock or ring the bell , which I find amazing, just left there stupid. Hi, I had ordered my items on Mon 21st Sep and paid for next day delivery - I only received my order yesterday Thursday 24th Sep. I have queried this with your company twice - but still haven't had a response. Not impressed with the next day delivery service - as it doesn't work! Kelly Ann Farnan

The parcel was not signed for by myself also the parcel was badly damaged and had to return back to the shop The parcel stated do not bend did they take any notice no very poor customer services

At home at time of delivery but driver delivered to downstairs neighbour instead. No card through the door. Very unsatisfied.

I don't know who Anna Edwards is - it isn't me! I did get a delivery today - couldn't tell you which company delivered it as couldn't see the van. Delivery ok.

Getting notified about when the parcel would be delivered was useful and it was delivered within the timeframe specified. However, I had to leave work in order to be there for the delivery. I would therefore have preferred that the sender had used Royal Mail as I could have then just picked it up after work the next day from the nearby depot.

Email the night before said I would be contacted the following morning with a one hour timeslot. This did NOT happen, so waited in all morning for a delivery that was actually made in the afternoon
