Your order was placed on 26 March 2022. It was shipped from our warehouse on 28 March 2022 which was the next business following the weekend. Due to the pandemic and the availability of international freight, international packages can take between 13-25 days to reach their destination. “I was happy with the service of ippico as our order was sent out quickly. I liked that they offered the items at a discounted price in the bundle. However I was a bit surprised that for shipping you had to spend a min $200, this nearly made me not want to buy them and I considered other shops. But I liked the bundles so went with ippico.”
Thank you for your kind review. Unfortunately due to the majority of our products being large (mainly saddle pads) a minimum spend of $200 was a necessary decision given the expense of sending bulky items.
