“Not responding to my request for an official and documented financial statement, evading answers, responding, and procrastinating in complaints! I have been a customer of IQ Option for a long time, but when I submitted an official request for a detailed financial statement of my transactions, I was surprised by the lack of any actual response from the company. I have submitted several complaints via email, technical support, and to the complaints department, but the company does not deal with complaints in a professional manner, as it has not yet provided me with a notification of receipt of the complaint or a reference number to follow up on it. Every time I contact them on live support, I hear the same repeated answers that the request is under consideration. Imagine with me that a request for a financial statement requires study for all this time and so far there has been no real progress in resolving the problem. I am trying to contact the technical support email and the "Complaints Department", but this department does not respond to my messages, and when I call my account manager, he tells me that the relevant department will contact me, which has not happened yet despite the passage of 21 days. It is unacceptable for a company to delay in fulfilling a legitimate request such as a financial statement, which is a basic right for any customer. This complete disregard and non-response and these methods raise questions about transparency and credibility in dealing with customers. I hope that my request will be responded to as soon as possible and the issue will be addressed seriously, otherwise I will have to take further steps to ensure that my rights are restored. Date of experience: February 20, 2025”

“Got a demo account first and it’s been a few months since I switched to real trading here... The mobile trading app is what I like the most, a proprietary development by the broker. If I need to learn about news regarding a particular asset I am trading with, I am just choosing it in the economic calendar right in the app and see all events that can potentially impact the price”

I trade from client area and just couple of clicks get me to trading from my browser, super comfortable for me, I don't like all of those apps and extra installation on my pc.
