“Hi, I put in my 2004 Touareg radio serial after VW said I’d have to go to a main dealer and pay for them to plug in a computer to retrieve my code. 10 minutes after paying I had my code and it worked straight away. I’ll admit I was a little sceptical if the code would work but very happy with the service.”
