“Overall it was very easy to obtain the code number. To make a constructive criticism, when the site is searching for the code, it would be a good idea to have a message there saying it can take up to 30 minutes for the result. This would have saved me calling the company after 10 minutes to advise them I thought something was wrong and didn't seem to be working correctly only to be told of the possible timescale for the result to appear.”

“Friendly service from Jonjoe himself who went through all the exhuastive variables to try and get the code I had purchased to work (over the phone on a Sunday evening I might add). Unfortunately after several attempts we concluded that the unit's original code had been changed and I was immedaitely refunded. Excellent customer service and despite the code not working I would definitely come back and use them again!”
