We have not received any notification from you regarding any issues with your delivery as everything appears to have been delivered as expected. “The offering is good. However, the the current website is very poor and needs a complete 'root-and-branch' overhall. I could spend an hour plus pointing out the issues on each screen shot. “I am extremely satisfied with the service from Irish Parcels. I was very happy with the speed and efficiency when I sent one large parcel to The Netherlands some months ago. This time I sent 6 large boxes with DPD and all arrived within 4 working days. The cost was especially reasonable. Highly recommend.”

“My parcel was supposed to be picked up on Friday but no sign of driver. House was occupied all day, so if he turned up, he made very little effort to make it known. The fact that driver could not ring me to say he was there also makes no sense.”

Hi there, thank you for your review. We can see your collection failed on the 11th of October and was noted by the couriers driver as being attempted at 4:18PM. We are sorry this failed however it is never in any drivers best interest to fail a collection as it would result in them coming back another day. It is never guaranteed that drivers will call upon collection. We can see this collection was rebooked for the next available day and the item was still delivered within the original delivery estimate.
