“Very fast to pick up anything I want to send. Just this time as My husband was giving my package to deliver he was given a parcel and delivery driver said it was for house 2 doors down, and would he mind dropping it to them. HOWEVER when I looked at the address, it was not a house 2 door down it was for someone at the complete other side of town..and I ended up trying to find the Address and I had to deliver the package. How he got mixed up I'm not sure as eircode was similar to mine but either way if I was dishonest I could have kept that package and not bother delivering it. I HOPE this is not a regular thing as where will my packages go if so.”

“Easy to order and print labels. Truck arrived for pickup as scheduled in remote rural West Cork. However, delivery to Dublin was delayed longer than predicted. Cost was fair.”

“Paid for two days shipping, and the reason why the review is so low because of poor communication poor customer service from UPS people should not be using UPS. They are horrible. The delivery date two times and because the parcel was so important to us as it contained our passports, we had to stay an extra night at a hotel at $300 a night and then it got extended to an additional day so we did it again and then the delivery date was moved back a day ahead and we could not cancel the hotel. This is all caused because of poor communication.”
